Tvs Supply Chain Solutions Limited Tvsscs JV with ALA Group June 2026

TVS Supply Chain Solutions Limited (TVSSCS) announced the formation of a joint venture with ALA Group, an Italy-based aerospace and defence supply-chain integrator, to address opportunities in India’s fast-growing aerospace and defence sectors. The joint venture (JV) is expected to emerge as a significant growth driver for TVS SCS in India, with cumulative revenues projected to exceed ₹2,000 Cr by 2031.

Strategic Partnership

Following the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding earlier this year, TVS SCS and ALA Group witnessed strong engagement and active interest from multiple industry participants across the aerospace and defence ecosystem. This momentum accelerated the decision to formalize the partnership through a dedicated joint venture platform.

Market Potential

Aerospace and defence supply-chain solutions globally are characterized by specialized procurement, inventory management, and mission-critical fulfilment capabilities, making them structurally higher-margin businesses with strong returns on capital employed (RoCE). The JV will initially focus on opportunities in India, while TVS SCS and ALA will continue to evaluate opportunities to support aerospace and defence supply-chain requirements across select international markets over time.

Future Outlook

Given the specialized and high-value nature of this business, TVS Supply Chain Solutions expects the venture to become profitable within its first twelve months of operations and be a meaningful contributor to its growth and profitability in India.

TVS posts a 4.3% three-month gain, but softens in the last few weeks. Razor-thin margins below 5% make profitability extremely vulnerable — this business needs scale or pricing power urgently. The PEG of 1.07 sits close to fair value. The stock is neither a clear buy nor obviously expensive. Buyers show up with 1.5x the volume of sellers. Moreover, they dominated on 16 of recent sessions versus 14 for sellers — a healthy accumulation pattern. Revenue grows at 3.3% and the stock moves sideways over three months. Neither side makes a strong case. The next earnings print will likely break this stock out of its current range. Check Fundamentals of TVS Supply Chain Solutions Limited.

Transrail Lighting Limited Transraill October 2026 Order Intake

Transrail Lighting Limited (BSE: 544317, NSE: TRANSRAILL) has announced a significant surge in order intake momentum, securing fresh orders worth ₹ 927 crore. This win is primarily driven by 765kV and 400kV transmission line projects in the domestic market. The company’s robust order book now stands at ₹3,356 crore for the year. Notably, Transrail has secured over ₹2,300 crore in orders within the last three weeks, highlighting its strong competitiveness in the power transmission and distribution sector.

Expanding Order Book

The recent order wins underscore Transrail’s growing scale and competitiveness. The company’s ability to secure complex transmission EPC projects, coupled with its in-house manufacturing capabilities for towers and conductors, remains a key differentiator. With a strong foothold in the domestic market and an expanding international business, Transrail is well-positioned to drive sustainable growth.

Strategic Growth Initiatives

Mr. Randeep Narang, MD & CEO of Transrail Lighting Limited, remarked, “The strong momentum in our order inflows underscores Transrail’s growing scale and competitiveness in the power T&D sector. Our ability to secure complex transmission EPC projects, backed by our in-house tower and conductor manufacturing capabilities, remains a key differentiator. With a strong foothold in the domestic market and an expanding international business, we are focused on building a well-diversified business across our products and services.”

Transrail’s expanded in-house manufacturing capabilities for towers and conductors, paired with robust domestic and international T&D demand, position the company perfectly to drive sustainable growth. As part of its Power T&D business, Transrail has large-scale manufacturing facilities in India for galvanized lattice towers, overhead conductors including HTLS and galvanized monopoles, in addition to a well-accredited tower testing facility.

Transrail trades in the lower quarter of its 52-week range. The PEG of 0.28 is extremely low. Either the market misses the growth story, or there is a catch worth investigating. Thin margins at 5.9% leave limited room for error — any demand softness or cost spike hits the bottom line hard. The stock gains 14.5% in the last month, recovering from the three-month slide. However, it is too early to call this a confirmed reversal. Revenue grows at 30.0% and profits at 55.4% CAGR, with D/E of 0.00. Meanwhile, the stock dips 7.1% in three months without any fundamental deterioration. Consequently, the stock quietly becomes cheaper relative to earnings power. Tiger drops 21.8% over three months and trades near its 52-week lows. Razor-thin margins below 5% make profitability extremely vulnerable — this business needs scale or pricing power urgently. No meaningful dividend — total return is entirely dependent on capital appreciation. The stock sits at 11% of its 52-week range, close to annual lows. Historically, value investors build positions at these levels — though cheap stocks can stay cheap. Revenue grows at 9.7% yet the PEG reaches 99.00 — expensive for that growth. Furthermore, the stock drops 21.8% in three months. Neither value nor momentum supports this setup. It needs an earnings beat or a price reset first. Transrail Lighting Limited Transraill October 2026 Solar Portfolio

Transrail Lighting Limited (BSE: 544317, NSE: TRANSRAILL), a leading Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) company in the Power Transmission and Distribution sector, announced today that its Board of Directors has approved the proposed acquisition of a 49% equity stake in NOPL Pace Green Energy Private Limited (“NOPL”) at a cash consideration of Rs. 20 crore, subject to the requisite approvals and completion of agreed conditions. NOPL is developing an aggregate solar power portfolio of approximately 990 MW (AC) in Maharashtra under Component C of the Government of India’s PM-KUSUM scheme.

Strategic Investment

This strategic investment aims to leverage Transrail’s project execution capabilities and create opportunities for long-term participation in renewable power generation. The portfolio is backed by a 25-year Power Purchase Agreement with Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Limited (MSEDCL) at a fixed tariff of ₹3.10 per unit. The indicative total project cost is approximately ₹3,900 crore, and debt financing has been sanctioned by a reputed financial institution, subject to applicable financing and disbursement conditions.

Benefits and Future Prospects

The investment is expected to provide several strategic benefits: entry into renewable power generation, leveraging existing expertise, participation across the value chain, and diversification. Transrail will initially acquire a 49% equity stake, with the agreement providing flexibility for Transrail to increase its shareholding potentially up to 100%, subject to mutually agreed terms and applicable approvals.

Commenting on the development, Mr. Randeep Narang, Managing Director & CEO, Transrail said: “This is an important step in our journey from an EPC company to an integrated energy solutions provider. Our entry into solar power generation lets us participate across the full energy value chain from generation to transmission & distribution apart from our strong manufacturing base for Transmission products. We are proud to foray in India’s rapid growth renewable energy market. On completion of this project, it will contribute towards supply of reliable & green power to farmers easing irrigation and contributing to nation’s development. We as Transrail will bring speed to the project with our vast experience in managing large infra projects. Such projects will bring steady long-term revenues and margins which will further strengthen our overall growth.”
