Tata Communications Limited (tatacomm) Unveils AI Scaling Crisis Among Global Enterprises
Tata Communications Limited (TATACOMM) reveals enterprises face AI scaling crisis; 77% view AI as priority, yet two-thirds rely on legacy infrastructure.
Tata Communications Limited (TATACOMM) has highlighted a significant challenge for global enterprises in scaling AI, as per a new report in partnership with Bloomberg Media Studios. The report, titled ‘Building Durable AI Advantage,’ reveals that while 77% of enterprise leaders treat AI as a board-level priority, two-thirds still depend on legacy infrastructure not designed for AI’s data intensity and integration demands.
Foundational Tech Debt Hindering AI Scaling
The study, which surveyed 501 senior executives across North America, Europe, and Asia, identifies five critical systems or ‘loops’ determining AI investment’s success: Foundation (infrastructure modernisation), Integration (interoperability), Skills (capability distribution), Governance (decision velocity), and ROI (value visibility). Enterprises can achieve isolated gains even when a loop is under strain, but lasting performance depends on alignment across all five.
Pressure Points Across AI Loops
The research finds pressure points emerging across each loop: fewer than half of enterprises report fully modernised network connectivity, hybrid deployment flexibility, or data architecture. Integration concerns contribute to delays in approval and procurement cycles for 28% of leaders, while 30% cite skill gaps as a primary barrier to realising AI value. Security and compliance reviews are the largest source of approval delays for 42% of enterprises. Lastly, nine in ten enterprises see some value from modernisation initiatives, yet over six in ten say they have not reached optimal outcomes.
Sumeet Walia, President & Chief Revenue Officer, Tata Communications, stated, ‘AI has become one of the defining business priorities of our time, but the real differentiator is no longer AI itself — it’s the infrastructure and integration that enable AI to deliver value at scale.’ To explore the full findings of the ‘Building Durable AI Advantage’ report, please visit here.

Razor-thin margins below 5% make profitability extremely vulnerable — this business needs scale or pricing power urgently. No meaningful dividend — total return is entirely dependent on capital appreciation. The stock holds at 38% of its 52-week range with RSI at 36. In other words, neither side has a clear edge right now. Revenue grows at 13.0% CAGR and the PEG stands at 99.00. The growth does not match the price the market asks. Furthermore, flat price action adds no technical catalyst. A lower price or faster revenue growth would improve the odds. Check Fundamentals of Imagicaaworld Entertainment Limited.
