Sunteck Realty Limited (SUNTECK) gains 5% intraday
Sunteck Realty Limited (NSE: SUNTECK) stock gains 5% intraday, nearing the 50-DMA at ₹314.1. Despite the positive move, the trendline status remains in break.
Sunteck Realty Limited (SUNTECK) breaks out with a +5% gain to ₹313.5 on the NSE today, clearing its 6M resistance trendline after a period of consolidation. This move is purely technical, driven by the stock’s breakout above the ₹284 resistance level. In the real estate development sector, SUNTECK’s move appears to be company-specific rather than a sector-wide trend, highlighting its unique position and momentum.
Technical setup — trendlines & DMA
The current 6M trendline structure shows a breakdown, with the stock now trading well above the 6M support floor at ₹241.02, indicating a robust position relative to this support level. The 6M resistance trendline at ₹283.51 has been decisively broken, adding to the bullish sentiment. However, the stock is currently trading just below its 50-DMA at ₹314.1, suggesting a key momentum test. In the 52W range of ₹270.8 to ₹475.0, the stock is in the lower third, indicating that while there is room for further upside, a significant portion of potential gains may already be priced in.

Fundamentals & business context
With a PE of 22.5, Sunteck Realty’s valuation appears reasonable given its 18.2% profit margin and impressive revenue CAGR of 47.2%. The market seems to be pricing in the company’s strong growth trajectory rather than its current earnings, which is typical for high-growth stocks. The 18.0% institutional ownership suggests that smart money has a positive view on SUNTECK, though it’s not overwhelmingly high. There was no NSE catalyst today, reinforcing that the move is technical in nature.
Algorithmic scorecard
The overall algorithmic scorecard reflects a balanced view of SUNTECK, with strong fundamental signals offset by weaker technical indicators. The standout fundamental strengths are the excellent revenue and profit CAGRs, indicating robust growth, and the very low debt levels, showcasing strong financial health. On the weaker side, the stock’s bearish trend, as indicated by the 50-DMA being below the 200-DMA, and its poor performance over the last year, highlight potential risks. These mixed signals suggest that while SUNTECK has strong growth potential, investors should be cautious of its current market trajectory.
Company outlook
In its recent Q4FY26 concall, Sunteck Realty outlined several strengths and plans that underscore its growth trajectory. The company expressed confidence in sustaining similar growth in FY ’27 and expects improved margins due to increased prices. Construction is set to start on the Baug – E – Sara plot in the first two quarters of FY ’27, indicating ongoing project momentum. Additionally, the plan to launch several projects in the next 12 months, including Altavia 5th Avenue and new phases in existing developments, signals a robust pipeline that should drive future revenue.

Lodha Developers Limited (lodha) Q2 FY27: Bumper Profits, Expects to Beat Full-year Guidance
Lodha Developers Limited (NSE: LODHA) delivers bumper profits in H1 FY27, expects to beat full-year guidance with strong revenue and profit growth.
Lodha Developers Limited (NSE: LODHA), India’s leading real estate developer, announced its financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2026. The company reported a profit after tax (PAT) of ₹1,013 crores showing strong growth of 28% compared to the same quarter last year. H1 FY27 PAT stood at ₹2,386 crores growing 63% year-on-year (YoY). Revenue for the quarter stood at ₹4,468 crores and pre-sales for the quarter at ₹5,037 crores.
Strong Financial Performance
Commenting on the performance, Mr. Abhishek Lodha, Managing Director, said, “We are pleased to deliver continued strong operating and financial performance in Q2 FY27, building on the momentum we have sustained since our IPO in 2021. Profit grew over 28% YoY for the quarter to ₹1,013 crore, on the back of 18% revenue growth to ₹4,468 crore. Our PAT margins were 22.1%. Coupled with the robust growth this showcases the strength of the business and the strong underlying profitability. Basis the strong performance in H1, we expect to easily exceed our profit guidance for the year.
Expansion and Growth Initiatives
Pre-sales stood at ₹5,037 crore growing 10% YoY, taking H1 pre-sales to over 40% of our full-year guidance — in line with our guidance at the start of the year. Our Bengaluru expansion continues to gather pace, with another successful launch in North Bengaluru during the quarter. The strength of this response reaffirms robust underlying demand for a quality brand like Lodha and helps allay concerns around AI-led disruption impacting segments beyond affordable housing. Our NCR pilot is also progressing well, with a launch planned this festive season.
Future Outlook
As the festive season gets underway, we have further launches planned across new locations, giving us good visibility on achieving our full-year guidance. Augmenting our DevCo strength, our RentCo business is at the cusp of an exponential growth as we participate meaningfully in AI infrastructure build-out through data centers. Our self-funded data center annuity strategy will get into execution mode over the course of next 6 months. We see a low-risk 10x growth in our annuity income — from ₹300 crore to ₹3,000 crore between FY26 and FY32.

Fundamental & Technical Analysis of Smartworks Coworking Spaces Limited
Smartworks Coworking Spaces Limited belongs to the Real Estate › Real Estate Services sector. Here’s a quick read on where the business and the stock stand today.
Smartworks posts a 2.4% three-month gain, but softens in the last few weeks. Razor-thin margins below 5% make profitability extremely vulnerable — this business needs scale or pricing power urgently. No meaningful dividend — total return is entirely dependent on capital appreciation. RSI stands at 30, well into oversold territory. Yet sellers still dominated on 20 of recent sessions versus 10 for buyers, so the pressure has not fully lifted. Revenue grows at 36.2% and the stock moves sideways over three months. Neither side makes a strong case. The next earnings print will likely break this stock out of its current range. Check Fundamentals of Smartworks Coworking Spaces Limited.

Fundamental & Technical Analysis of Kalpataru Limited
Kalpataru Limited belongs to the Real Estate › Real Estate – Development sector. Here’s a quick read on where the business and the stock stand today.
Kalpataru trades in the lower quarter of its 52-week range. Razor-thin margins below 5% make profitability extremely vulnerable — this business needs scale or pricing power urgently. 3 loss quarters over five years is a serious red flag — earnings quality is poor and recovery is not guaranteed. The stock gains 2.3% in the last month, recovering from the three-month slide. However, it is too early to call this a confirmed reversal. Revenue grows at -3.2% CAGR and the PEG stands at 99.00. The growth does not match the price the market asks. Furthermore, flat price action adds no technical catalyst. A lower price or faster revenue growth would improve the odds.
