Viviana Power Tech Limited Viviana July 2026 Transmission Line

Viviana Power Tech Limited (NSE: VIVIANA), a specialist in power transmission, distribution, and industrial EPC, announced the successful commissioning of its 400 kV Double-Circuit (D/C) LILO transmission line serving a 323.4 MW wind park. The line was energised on July 10, 2026, completing a technically demanding scope within a compressed execution window – a milestone that underscores the speed, agility, and engineering depth of the Company’s project teams working under significant pressure.

Project Milestone

The newly commissioned line evacuates power from a 323.4 MW wind park onto the high-voltage grid, forming a critical link in the region’s renewable-energy transmission network. Delivering a 400 kV double-circuit LILO configuration on an accelerated timeline required precise planning, close coordination with grid authorities, and disciplined on-site execution – all achieved while maintaining the Company’s stringent safety standards.

Key Engineering Challenges Overcome

Despite the tight timeline, the Company’s teams successfully navigated a series of high-risk site conditions: High-risk power-line crossings: Safely executed three major high-voltage intersections – a 765 kV under-crossing, a ±500 kV HVDC under-crossing, and a 400 kV overhead crossing – deploying a 100 MT crane to erect two 97 MT extension towers. Live-line (hot-line) stringing: Completed a critical 200-metre stringing section (AP-07 to AP-08) while adjacent circuits remained live, avoiding a total grid shutdown and minimising disruption to the network.

As a result, the engineering team’s ability to meet these challenges has significantly contributed to the project’s success. Moreover, the timely completion of this project reinforces Viviana Power Tech’s reputation for delivering complex projects efficiently.

Viviana drops 21.5% over three months and trades near its 52-week lows. The PEG of 0.39 is extremely low. Either the market misses the growth story, or there is a catch worth investigating. Thin margins at 9.9% leave limited room for error — any demand softness or cost spike hits the bottom line hard. RSI stands at 30, well into oversold territory. Yet sellers still dominated on 19 of recent sessions versus 11 for buyers, so the pressure has not fully lifted. The business compounds at 88.7% revenue and 89.6% profit CAGR, with D/E of 0.00. Yet the stock drops 21.5% in three months. The business does not deteriorate — the stock does. That gap is what long-term investors look for. Check Fundamentals of Viviana Power Tech Limited.

Tiger drops 21.8% over three months and trades near its 52-week lows. Razor-thin margins below 5% make profitability extremely vulnerable — this business needs scale or pricing power urgently. No meaningful dividend — total return is entirely dependent on capital appreciation. The stock sits at 11% of its 52-week range, close to annual lows. Historically, value investors build positions at these levels — though cheap stocks can stay cheap. Revenue grows at 9.7% yet the PEG reaches 99.00 — expensive for that growth. Furthermore, the stock drops 21.8% in three months. Neither value nor momentum supports this setup. It needs an earnings beat or a price reset first. Transrail Lighting Limited Transraill October 2026 Solar Portfolio

Transrail Lighting Limited (BSE: 544317, NSE: TRANSRAILL), a leading Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) company in the Power Transmission and Distribution sector, announced today that its Board of Directors has approved the proposed acquisition of a 49% equity stake in NOPL Pace Green Energy Private Limited (“NOPL”) at a cash consideration of Rs. 20 crore, subject to the requisite approvals and completion of agreed conditions. NOPL is developing an aggregate solar power portfolio of approximately 990 MW (AC) in Maharashtra under Component C of the Government of India’s PM-KUSUM scheme.

Strategic Investment

This strategic investment aims to leverage Transrail’s project execution capabilities and create opportunities for long-term participation in renewable power generation. The portfolio is backed by a 25-year Power Purchase Agreement with Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Limited (MSEDCL) at a fixed tariff of ₹3.10 per unit. The indicative total project cost is approximately ₹3,900 crore, and debt financing has been sanctioned by a reputed financial institution, subject to applicable financing and disbursement conditions.

Benefits and Future Prospects

The investment is expected to provide several strategic benefits: entry into renewable power generation, leveraging existing expertise, participation across the value chain, and diversification. Transrail will initially acquire a 49% equity stake, with the agreement providing flexibility for Transrail to increase its shareholding potentially up to 100%, subject to mutually agreed terms and applicable approvals.

Commenting on the development, Mr. Randeep Narang, Managing Director & CEO, Transrail said: “This is an important step in our journey from an EPC company to an integrated energy solutions provider. Our entry into solar power generation lets us participate across the full energy value chain from generation to transmission & distribution apart from our strong manufacturing base for Transmission products. We are proud to foray in India’s rapid growth renewable energy market. On completion of this project, it will contribute towards supply of reliable & green power to farmers easing irrigation and contributing to nation’s development. We as Transrail will bring speed to the project with our vast experience in managing large infra projects. Such projects will bring steady long-term revenues and margins which will further strengthen our overall growth.”
