Manba Finance Limited MANBA Q3 FY26 Battery Replacement Loans

Manba Finance Limited (NSE: MANBA) has introduced a new Battery Replacement Financing product designed to provide affordable, small-ticket, short-tenure loans for replacing lithium-ion batteries in electric three-wheelers (e-rickshaws and e-carts). This initiative aims to protect the livelihoods of e-3W drivers and deepen customer relationships while expanding Manba’s footprint in the EV ecosystem.

Purpose-Built Financing

The new product offers purpose-built financing for replacement lithium-ion batteries, complete with charger kits, tailored to the earning cycle of e-3W owner-operators. Batteries are sourced from empaneled, quality-certified OEMs with warranty and service-network support.

Technology-Led Process

Manba’s financing process is technology-driven, featuring digital onboarding, e-mandate based repayments, and IoT-enabled batteries. The rollout will begin with Manba’s existing electric three-wheeler customer base before expanding to a wider market.

Commenting on the launch, Mr. Manish Shah, Managing Director of Manba Finance Limited, stated, ‘A customer with a dead battery is a customer who stops earning. Battery replacement financing is a natural extension of our vehicle finance franchise, protecting our customers’ livelihoods, strengthening our existing portfolio, and positioning Manba deeper in the fast-growing EV ecosystem.’ The product will be rolled out in a phased manner across select locations within Manba’s existing footprint.
