The company’s Profit After Tax (PAT) for the quarter was ₹ 5.02 crores, a stark contrast to the ₹ 46.34 crores in Q2 FY26, indicating an 89.17% decrease.

Commenting on the results, Mr. Jignesh Rathod, Director and Chief Executive Officer, said, ‘The solar manufacturing industry is undergoing an important phase of transformation, driven by evolving regulatory requirements, changing global supply-chain dynamics, and India’s increasing focus on domestic manufacturing. While the current operating environment presents near-term challenges, we remain focused on strengthening our manufacturing capabilities, improving operational efficiencies, and positioning the business for long-term growth.’ He further added that the proposed amalgamation with Waaree Energies marks an important strategic milestone in this journey.

As the company navigates the current industry transition with operational discipline, it aims to build a more efficient and future-ready manufacturing platform that can contribute to India’s clean energy ambitions.

Vikram drops 24.7% over three months and trades near its 52-week lows. The PEG of 0.07 is extremely low. Either the market misses the growth story, or there is a catch worth investigating. Thin margins at 6.8% leave limited room for error — any demand softness or cost spike hits the bottom line hard. The stock sits at 3% of its 52-week range, close to annual lows. Historically, value investors build positions at these levels — though cheap stocks can stay cheap. The business compounds at 32.3% revenue and 219.0% profit CAGR, with D/E of 0.22.
