Ceigall India Limited Ceigall Q3 FY27 Order Book

Ceigall India Limited (CIL), a leading infrastructure development company, has strengthened its footprint in the Northeast further, with its joint ventures securing five Letters of Acceptance (LOAs) from the Ministry of Road Transport & Highways (MoRTH) worth a combined bid cost of ₹2,423.70 crore for road construction on NH -913 (Frontier Highway) in Arunachal Pradesh — all within a span of two days.

Significant Order Wins

The latest award, received, is for a ₹274.08 crore EPC package covering construction of the road from km 17.812 to km 55.377 (Package -2) of the Bile -Migging section of NH -913, to Intermediate Lane standards. The project has been awarded to the joint venture between Ceigall India Limited and Rajinder Infrastructure Private Limited, in which Ceigall India holds a 70% stake and Rajinder Infrastructure holds the remaining 30%.

Strategic Expansion

This follows four LOAs received by the Company’s joint venture with Sushee Infra Mining Limited (CIL: 74%, SIML: 26%), for construction of Intermediate Lane roads across the Huri -Taliha and Sarli -Huri sections of NH -913, with an aggregate bid cost of ₹2,149.62 crore. Taken together, the five LOAs — spanning approximately 278 km of the Frontier Highway — mark one of the Company’s most significant order-win windows on a single corridor, underscoring its scale and execution capability in a strategically important and operationally challenging geography.

Future Outlook

Commenting on the development, Mr. Ramneek Sehgal, Chairman & Managing Director, Ceigall India Limited, said, ‘Within the space of two days, our joint ventures have secured five Letters of Acceptance worth a combined ₹2,423.70 crore on the Frontier Highway alone — a reflection of the confidence authorities continue to place in our execution capabilities and of the depth of our presence in Arunachal Pradesh. Together, these five packages span nearly 278 km of Intermediate Lane road construction across some of the region’s most demanding terrain. Arunachal Pradesh presents distinctive engineering and execution challenges, and we remain committed to delivering all five projects with the highest standards of quality, safety and timely execution, while contributing meaningfully to the region’s connectivity and economic development.’ These wins further strengthen Ceigall India’s order book and reinforce the Company’s strategy of expanding its geographical presence and diversifying its infrastructure portfolio across high-potential markets, including its growing role in the development of critical road infrastructure across the Northeast.

Ceigall moves sideways over three months, with neither buyers nor sellers taking control. The PEG of 0.75 signals undervaluation relative to growth. It is a potential re-rating candidate. Thin margins at 7.7% leave limited room for error — any demand softness or cost spike hits the bottom line hard. The stock holds at 52% of its 52-week range with RSI at 36. In other words, neither side has a clear edge right now. Revenue grows at 36.0% and profits at 23.0% CAGR, with D/E of 0.76. Ceigall holds in the upper half of its 52-week range, a sign the market backs the stock. Thin margins at 7.7% leave limited room for error — any demand softness or cost spike hits the bottom line hard. Revenue grows at 20.5% and profits at 23.1% CAGR. Both numbers are exceptional.
