ICICI falls 8.1% over three months and has not found a floor yet. Razor-thin margins below 5% make profitability extremely vulnerable — this business needs scale or pricing power urgently. The PEG of 1.56 is mildly rich. Nevertheless, the quality of the business makes it defensible. The stock sits at 8% of its 52-week range, close to annual lows. Historically, value investors build positions at these levels — though cheap stocks can stay cheap. Revenue grows at 8.5% and profits at 25.5% CAGR — a genuinely strong business. Nevertheless, the stock drops 8.1% in three months. The market sells the stock, not the story. Watch whether that changes at the next earnings. RBL rises 9.8% over three months, with buying pressure holding steady. Revenue consistency is the one bright spot — zero dips in five years shows operational resilience. No meaningful dividend — total return is entirely dependent on capital appreciation. Buyers show up with 1.7x the volume of sellers. Moreover, they dominated on 18 of recent sessions versus 12 for sellers — a healthy accumulation pattern. The stock holds up despite 12.2% revenue growth and a PEG of 99.00. That could signal an early turnaround. Alternatively, index flows simply support the price. Watch whether analysts revise estimates upward — that is the real signal.
