Ador Welding Limited (ADOR) reports Q2 FY27 revenue up 23% YoY to Rs. 345 Cr, declares interim dividend of Rs. 7.50 per share.
Ador Welding Limited (ADOR) has reported robust financial results for Q2 FY27, with revenue growing 23% year-on-year (YoY) to Rs. 345 Cr. This strong performance takes H1 FY27 revenue to Rs. 654 Cr, also up 23% YoY. The company’s core user industries, including infrastructure, power, oil & gas, railways, shipbuilding, defence, and heavy fabrication, have shown healthy demand. Gross margins stood at 34.2% in Q2 FY27, reflecting higher steel and other raw material prices in an inflationary input environment. EBITDA grew 9% YoY to Rs. 38 Cr in Q2 FY27, and H1 FY27 EBITDA margin held steady at around 11%.
Exports and International Expansion
The Middle East, served through Ador’s Dubai hub, remains the primary export market. The company is expanding its international distributor network and exploring new opportunities in European markets. Three key drivers continue to underpin Ador’s growth: exports, technology-led higher-value offerings, and customer engagement.
Technological Advancements
Ador is scaling up technology-led, higher-value offerings, particularly in welding equipment, including advanced digital and automation-ready machines. In consumables, the company continues to grow its range of specialized, high-performance products for demanding applications. Automation remains a strategic priority as rising labor costs increase demand for productivity and efficiency. Ador is strengthening its robotics, cobot, and Industry 4.0 capabilities, including Ador WelDoS, its digital welding management solution.
As Ador celebrates 75 years of creating the best welding experience, the Board has declared an interim dividend of Rs. 7.50 per equity share to reward shareholders for their continued trust. The company remains confident of carrying this momentum through the rest of FY27.

Fundamental & Technical Analysis of Ador Welding Limited
Ador Welding Limited belongs to the Industrials › Specialty Industrial Machinery sector. Here’s a quick read on where the business and the stock stand today.
Ador posts a 8.4% three-month gain, but softens in the last few weeks. Thin margins at 9.5% leave limited room for error — any demand softness or cost spike hits the bottom line hard. The PEG of 2.02 makes it expensive versus peers. The premium needs earnings to catch up quickly. The stock gives back 2.3% in the last month despite a positive three-month run. As a result, the earlier momentum appears to be fading. Revenue grows at 13.7% and the stock moves sideways over three months. Neither side makes a strong case. The next earnings print will likely break this stock out of its current range. Check Fundamentals of Ador Welding Limited.
