Jyoti Structures Limited Jyotistruc October 2026 Order

Jyoti Structures Limited (JSL), a leading global Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) company specializing in power transmission, has secured a significant order from Gujarat Energy Transmission Corporation Limited (GETCO). The order, valued at ₹ 689.93 crore, excluding GST, is for the 765 kV DC Pachchham – Saykha Transmission Line project in Gujarat. The project scope includes the design, testing, supply, erection, and commissioning of the transmission line on a total turnkey basis. Scheduled for completion within 42 months from the date of the Letter of Award, this order underscores the continued demand for specialized EPC capabilities in the power transmission sector.

Project Scope and Significance

The 765 kV DC Pachchham – Saykha Transmission Line project is a critical infrastructure development aimed at enhancing the power evacuation network in Gujarat. The project will facilitate the transmission of high-voltage electricity, supporting the state’s renewable energy development and investment in transmission infrastructure. JSL’s role in this project highlights its extensive experience in power transmission EPC, having constructed over 37,600 circuit kilometers of transmission lines and delivered more than 1,800 high-voltage substation bays.

Strategic Expansion in Gujarat

To support its expanding portfolio in Gujarat, JSL recently inaugurated a dedicated project office in Ahmedabad. This facility houses project management teams and is designed to strengthen coordination between engineering, site execution, and customer teams. With closer oversight of project sites and improved access to stakeholders across Gujarat, the office supports the management of ongoing projects and the company’s engagement with future transmission opportunities. Amit Dutta, COO of Jyoti Structures Limited, emphasized the importance of Gujarat as a market for the company, noting that orders of this nature reflect the continued demand for specialized EPC capabilities in the power transmission sector.

As a result, JSL remains focused on building its project portfolio through the consistent delivery of projects to the required standards of quality and safety. The GETCO order follows JSL’s recent contract in Sri Lanka, where the company partnered with Hayleys Fentons Limited to develop a 220 kV double-circuit transmission line between Mannar and Mullikulam. This project will support the evacuation of wind power to Sri Lanka’s national grid, showcasing JSL’s integrated capabilities spanning design and engineering, manufacturing, prototype tower testing, construction, and project management.

Historically, value investors build positions at these levels — though cheap stocks can stay cheap. Revenue grows at 48.2% and the stock moves sideways over three months. Jupiter Wagons Limited JWL October 2026 Partnership

Jupiter Wagons Limited (JWL), one of India’s leading rolling stock and mobility solutions companies, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Pojazdy Szynowe PESA Bydgoszcz S.A. (PESA), Poland’s largest manufacturer of trainsets and metros. At the heart of the MoU is a shared intent to explore cooperation in passenger rolling stock for India, as the country’s rail network enters an era defined by metro, semi high-speed and high-speed travel.

Strategic Collaboration

The move marks the next step in JWL’s evolution from a wagon manufacturer into a future-ready, integrated mobility solutions company. The MoU provides a framework under which JWL and PESA will explore cooperation in the development, manufacturing and deployment of passenger rail vehicles for regional, intercity and urban transport applications in India and other markets.

Complementary Strengths

PESA, whose roots in Bydgoszcz date back to 1851, designs, manufactures and maintains passenger rolling stock including metros and trams across Europe. JWL brings manufacturing scale, a long track record of supplying to Indian Railways, private players and integrated capabilities across rolling stock, components, castings and wheelsets. Together, they aim to deliver world-class, indigenously built passenger trains for India and beyond, firmly in line with the Government of India’s Make in India vision.

Future Prospects

As passenger rail in India continues to transform with semi high-speed trainsets and the development of the first high-speed rail corridor, JWL’s partnership with PESA positions it to meet the sustained demand for modern, efficient and comfortable passenger rolling stock. This collaboration could be one of PESA’s most important markets outside of Europe, and a significant step in PESA’s international expansion.

Mahindra holds in the upper half of its 52-week range, a sign the market backs the stock. D/E of 1.91 is elevated. As a result, debt servicing will compress free cash flow in a high-rate environment. Razor-thin margins below 5% make profitability extremely vulnerable — this business needs scale or pricing power urgently. Buyers show up with 1.6x the volume of sellers. Moreover, they dominated on 17 of recent sessions versus 13 for sellers — a healthy accumulation pattern. Price climbs recently despite 11.0% revenue growth and a PEG of 99.00. Consequently, either institutions position ahead of improvement or the move fades when earnings disappoint. Treat this as a trading signal, not an investment thesis.
