CORONA holds in the upper half of its 52-week range, a sign the market backs the stock. The PEG of 2.07 is on the high side. However, it is acceptable for a quality compounder with a strong moat. The business compounds revenue at 16.6% and profits at 29.7% CAGR. That is strong double-digit growth on both counts. Buyers show up with 2.0x the volume of sellers. Moreover, they dominated on 17 of recent sessions versus 13 for sellers — a healthy accumulation pattern. The business grows revenue at 16.6% and profits at 29.7%, with D/E of 0.14. Sanofi falls 13.8% over three months and has not found a floor yet. D/E of 0.00 and a 4.16% dividend yield give the balance sheet a decent cushion. The 4.16% dividend yield is about the only thing keeping income investors interested right now. The stock sits at 2% of its 52-week range, close to annual lows. Historically, value investors build positions at these levels — though cheap stocks can stay cheap. Revenue grows at -12.6% and the stock moves sideways over three months.
