Rolex Rings Limited Rolexrings Q2 FY27 Results

Rolex Rings Limited (ROLEXRINGS) has released its safe harbor presentation, highlighting a robust performance in Q2 FY27. The company reported a 43% year-on-year increase in revenue from operations, reaching Rs. 389 crore, driven by a 68% surge in Profit After Tax (PAT) to Rs. 74 crore. This growth was achieved despite rising ocean freight, higher fuel costs, and escalating West Asia conflict.

Automotive Components Lead Growth

Automotive components led the quarter with a 68% year-on-year growth to Rs. 177 crore, bolstered by an 89% increase in exports. This segment now contributes 54% to the company’s component sales. Bearing rings also grew by 6%, supported by the domestic market.

Strong Order Book and Future Outlook

The company’s order book remains robust, averaging between Rs. 120 crores to Rs. 125 crores per month. With normalized labor conditions, the company is on track to meet its planned output. Looking ahead, Rolex Rings Limited expects the second half of FY27 to be even stronger, with new customer plants starting supplies in Q3 and ongoing ramp-ups in new programs.

In Europe, the company is expanding its automotive presence and is in talks with a major Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) for commercial vehicle and industrial products. Despite US tariffs, the company’s US automotive revenues doubled year-on-year in Q2, maintaining strong relationships with customers.

Afcons drops 18.5% over three months and trades near its 52-week lows. Razor-thin margins below 5% make profitability extremely vulnerable — this business needs scale or pricing power urgently. Revenue contracts at -1.8% CAGR. That signals structural headwinds, not a short-term blip. The stock sits at 8% of its 52-week range, close to annual lows. Historically, value investors build positions at these levels — though cheap stocks can stay cheap. Revenue grows at -1.8% CAGR and the PEG stands at 99.00. The growth does not match the price the market asks. Furthermore, flat price action adds no technical catalyst. A lower price or faster revenue growth would improve the odds.
