SHREE drops 15.3% over three months and trades near its 52-week lows. The PEG stands at 4.48 — severely stretched. Any earnings miss could trigger a sharp de-rating. Thin margins at 7.4% leave limited room for error — any demand softness or cost spike hits the bottom line hard. Sellers drive 2.0x the volume of buyers. Furthermore, they controlled 18 of recent sessions versus 12 for buyers — a clear distribution signal. Revenue grows at 5.7% CAGR — a respectable pace. However, the stock drops 15.3% in three months without an obvious fundamental trigger. Sector-wide pressure or a valuation re-rating can persist for longer than expected. Therefore, there is no rush to step in. Check Fundamentals of SHREE CEMENT LIMITED.

Shyam Metalics and Energy Limited Shyammetl Q4 FY26 Merger

Shyam Metalics and Energy Limited (NSE: SHYAMMETL), a leading integrated metal producing company in India, announced today that the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Kolkata Bench, has approved the Scheme of Amalgamation of Shree Venkateshwara Electrocast Private Limited (SVEPL) into and with Shyam Sel and Power Limited (SSPL), a flagship wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company.

Strategic Rationale

The amalgamation brings complementary product specializations under a single corporate umbrella. It rationalizes and centralizes the Group’s growing aluminium foil product portfolio, enabling operational efficiencies, enhanced supply chain coordination, and seamless market reach.

Financial Synergies

Under Section 72A of the Income-tax Act, 1961, the merger allows SSPL to absorb and set off the accumulated carried-forward business losses and unabsorbed depreciation of SVEPL, creating a comprehensive eligible tax shield for the combined entity. This tax set-off yields a substantial direct net tax benefit and immediate cash-flow savings for the combined entity.

Future Outlook

Speaking on the development, Mr. Brij Bhushan Agarwal, Chairman & Managing Director of Shyam Metalics and Energy Limited, stated: ‘The Hon’ble NCLT approval for the consolidation of Shree Venkateshwara Electrocast into Shyam Sel and Power Limited marks a significant operational step forward.’ As a result, the company expects to drive operational flexibility and optimize working capital.

Shyam gains 17.2% over three months and trades near its 52-week highs. The PEG reaches 3.78. The stock trades on brand and index weight, not on growth. Thin margins at 5.7% leave limited room for error — any demand softness or cost spike hits the bottom line hard. RSI hits 74, a level that signals the stock runs hot. Notably, buyers drove volume on 14 recent sessions — though at these levels, some profit-taking is normal. The stock rises 17.2% in three months on 13.6% revenue growth. As a result, the market gives it more credit than the fundamentals strictly justify. Watch the next quarterly results. If growth accelerates, the move makes sense. Jindal moves sideways over three months, with neither buyers nor sellers taking control. Thin margins at 7.4% leave limited room for error — any demand softness or cost spike hits the bottom line hard. Not a single revenue dip or loss quarter in five years — this is a business built to last through cycles. The stock gains 0.8% in the last month, recovering from the three-month slide. Rallis India Limited Rallis Q2 FY27 Results

Rallis India Limited (RALLIS) has reported its Q2 & H1 FY27 results, showcasing a resilient topline despite input cost pressures and challenging market conditions. The company’s EBITDA fell by 18% primarily due to cost pressures in Crop Care and higher sales returns in Seeds. Despite the weakest monsoon since 2015, the Domestic Formulation Business (B2C) delivered flat revenue with promising growth in Herbicides. The Soil & Plant Health business registered 22% growth, bouncing back from last year’s regulatory challenge.

B2B Business Performance

The B2B business registered higher unit realization but lower margins in the international market due to cost pressures. The Custom Synthesis Manufacturing (CSM) business saw strong growth on a lower base with volume growth in select products.

New Product Launches

Rallis India Limited launched four new products during Q2 FY27, including two fungicides, one herbicide, and one insecticide. These strategic additions aim to enhance the company’s portfolio offerings and cater to the evolving needs of farmers.

As the company moves forward, it continues to focus on its long-term strategy of widening reach, extending portfolio offerings, building strategic alliances, and enhancing its focus on Soil & Plant Health solutions. With a strong distribution network and a commitment to customer centricity, Rallis India Limited is well-positioned to navigate the challenges and capitalize on growth opportunities in the agricultural sector.

Rallis falls 12.4% over three months and has not found a floor yet. The PEG of 0.72 signals undervaluation relative to growth. It is a potential re-rating candidate. Thin margins at 7.2% leave limited room for error — any demand softness or cost spike hits the bottom line hard. The stock gains 1.1% in the last month, recovering from the three-month slide. However, it is too early to call this a confirmed reversal. Revenue grows at -0.9% and the stock moves sideways over three months. Neither side makes a strong case.
