Butterfly Gandhimathi Appliances Limited (BUTTERFLY) announced its standalone financials for the quarter and half-year ended 30th September 2026, marking sustained double-digit growth momentum for the third consecutive quarter. The company reported revenue of Rs. 331 Cr, registering a growth of 13.1% year-on-year (YoY), while EBITDA grew by 13.3% YoY to Rs. 32 Cr.

Operational Highlights

Our core categories continue to deliver robust growth, while infra cooktops are emerging as a promising new growth engine. Notably, the highest ever quarterly revenue was delivered in Retail Channels. The Idea First series continues to gain consumer acceptance and improved share of business. Despite commodity-driven inflation impacting material margins, pricing actions helped to partially offset these effects.

Product Launches and Awards

The company successfully launched India’s first 5-star rated cooktop ‘RENZ PRO COOKTOP’. Butterfly Gandhimathi Appliances Ltd. also won ‘India’s best design award’ for Unicurve Triply Pressure Cooker, highlighting its commitment to innovation and quality.

Looking Ahead

Commenting on the performance, Swetha Sagar, Manager & Chief Business Officer, Butterfly Gandhimathi Appliances Ltd. said, “We registered revenue of Rs. 331 Cr growing at 13.1% YoY, continuing our double-digit growth trajectory, with EBITDA of Rs. 32 Cr. This was achieved on the back of broad-based growth across categories in right channels. We remain focused on sustaining a healthy growth trajectory backed by investments in the brand, consumer-centric innovation, premiumisation strategy, and improved geographic reach.”

Butterfly drops 26.3% over three months and trades near its 52-week lows. Thin margins at 5.0% leave limited room for error — any demand softness or cost spike hits the bottom line hard. Revenue contracts at -3.7% CAGR. That signals structural headwinds, not a short-term blip. Sellers drive 1.7x the volume of buyers. Furthermore, they controlled 19 of recent sessions versus 11 for buyers — a clear distribution signal. Revenue grows at -3.7% yet the PEG reaches 99.00 — expensive for that growth. Furthermore, the stock drops 26.3% in three months. Neither value nor momentum supports this setup. It needs an earnings beat or a price reset first.
