Huhtamaki posts a 1.3% three-month gain, but softens in the last few weeks. The PEG of 0.40 is extremely low. Either the market misses the growth story, or there is a catch worth investigating. Thin margins at 5.2% leave limited room for error — any demand softness or cost spike hits the bottom line hard. The stock gives back 1.0% in the last month despite a positive three-month run. As a result, the earlier momentum appears to be fading. The stock rises 1.3% in three months on -6.4% revenue growth. As a result, the market gives it more credit than the fundamentals strictly justify. Watch the next quarterly results. If growth accelerates, the move makes sense. If not, expect some gains to unwind. Check Fundamentals of Huhtamaki India Limited.

Maruti Suzuki India Limited Maruti Q2 FY26 Results

Maruti Suzuki India Limited (MARUTI) today announced its financial results for Q2 (July-September) and H1 (April-September) FY 2026-27, marking significant milestones in its performance. The company achieved its highest-ever quarterly total sales volume of 696,654 units, registering a growth of 26.5% over the same period in the previous year. This robust growth was driven by a broad-based increase in the domestic passenger vehicle market, with small car sales up by 35.9% and SUV sales soaring by 68.2%.

Record Domestic Sales

The company’s recently introduced SUVs received a strong market response, contributing to this robust growth. The domestic market share increased by 2.2 percentage points to 40.8%. Export Sales and Net Profit

In export markets, despite the challenging geopolitical situation, the company could achieve sales of 108,119 units in Q2 FY 2026-27, compared to 110,487 units in Q2 FY 25-26. During the quarter, the company registered its highest-ever Net Sales of INR 506,155 million against INR 401,358 million in the same period of the previous year. The Operating Profit (EBIT) in the quarter stood at INR 28,037 million as compared to INR 33,820 million in Q2 FY25-26 owing to West-Asia conflict linked commodity increases. With this, the Net Profit for the quarter stood at INR 24,149 million compared to INR 33,028 million the same period previous year.

Moreover, during the first half of FY 2026-27, the company achieved its highest-ever half-yearly sales volume of 1,379,378 units, registering a growth of 27.9% year-on-year. This comprised record half-yearly domestic sales of 1,146,523 units and exports of 232,855 units.
