Restaurant gains 47.7% over three months and trades near its 52-week highs. D/E reaches 2.05. High leverage in this environment is a material risk the market cannot ignore. Thin margins at 5.9% leave limited room for error — any demand softness or cost spike hits the bottom line hard. Buyers show up with 6.2x the volume of sellers. Moreover, they dominated on 18 of recent sessions versus 12 for sellers — a healthy accumulation pattern. The stock rises 47.7% in three months. Yet revenue grows at only 11.0% and the PEG stands at 99.00. Either the market prices in a turnaround that has not shown up yet, or this is momentum without substance. Arvind holds in the upper half of its 52-week range, a sign the market backs the stock. The PEG stands at 41.62 — severely stretched. Any earnings miss could trigger a sharp de-rating. Razor-thin margins below 5% make profitability extremely vulnerable — this business needs scale or pricing power urgently. The stock trades at 75% of its 52-week range — near its best levels of the year. Clearly, the market pays a premium for this name. Revenue grows at 3.4% CAGR and the PEG stands at 41.62. The growth does not match the price the market asks. Furthermore, flat price action adds no technical catalyst. A lower price or faster revenue growth would improve the odds. Lumax Auto Technologies Limited (lumaxtech) Q2 FY27 Results

Lumax Auto Technologies Limited (NSE: LUMAXTECH) has sustained its growth momentum, powered by technology and scale, as evidenced by its unaudited financial results for the second quarter and half year ended September 30th 2026. The company reported consolidated revenue from operations grew by 35% year-on-year (YoY) in Q2FY27, crossing the ₹1,500 crore mark for the first time to reach ₹1,556 crore, from ₹1,156 crore in Q2FY26. This robust performance was further reflected in the first half of FY27, with revenue growing 34% YoY to ₹2,919 crore.

Enhanced Profitability

The company’s enhanced profitability was evident in its EBITDA, which stood at ₹228 crores for Q2FY27 compared to ₹170 crores in Q2FY26, a growth of 34% YoY. EBITDA margins stood at 14.7%, broadly stable YoY, marginally declining quarter-on-quarter (QoQ) amid rising input costs and associated recoveries from OEMs. For H1FY27, EBITDA grew 42% YoY to ₹434 crores, with margins at 14.9%, an increase of ~90 bps YoY on the back of operational efficiencies, cost optimization, and a favorable product mix.

Profitability Growth

For H1FY27, PAT (before minority interest) grew 64% YoY to ₹215 crores, driven by technologically led operational excellence and improving asset turns and utilizations.

Mr. Anmol Jain, Managing Director, Lumax Auto Technologies Limited, commented on the performance, “We are pleased to report another strong quarter, despite a challenging operating environment, with revenue growth of 35% year-on-year and faster profitability growth of 50% year-on-year (Profit After Tax before Minority Interest) in Q2FY27, significantly outperforming industry growth. For H1FY27, revenue grew 34% and Profit After Tax (before Minority Interest) grew 64% year-on-year. This performance was broad-based across product categories, driven by the continued scale-up of existing products and increasing penetration of our value-added product portfolio.”
