BCL Industries Limited (BCLIND) is pleased to announce the successful completion of its acquisition of the remaining 25% equity stake in Svaksha Distillery Limited, making it a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company. This follows the initial announcement made on December 4, 2025. The acquisition has been finalized through the purchase of 14,98,632 equity shares, representing the remaining 25% shareholding in Svaksha Distillery Limited, for a total cash consideration of ₹55 crore.

Strategic Growth Initiative

The transaction marks a significant milestone in BCL’s growth journey, demonstrating the company’s disciplined execution of its strategic growth initiatives. With this acquisition, BCL further strengthens its leadership in the grain-based ethanol and ENA industry, enhancing operational synergies and improving capital allocation.

Operational Synergies and Long-Term Growth

Svaksha Distillery, with an installed capacity of 350 KLPD, has emerged as a key growth driver for BCL’s grain-based ethanol and ENA business. The company has delivered exceptional growth, with revenue increasing almost 4x from ₹187 crore in FY23 to ₹389.9 crore in FY26. Making Svaksha a wholly owned subsidiary will further strengthen companies’ operational integration at a consolidated level. This acquisition is expected to accelerate decision-making and support the Company’s long-term growth strategy.

Commenting on the development, Mr. Kushal Mittal, Joint Managing Director, BCL Industries Limited, said: ‘The completion of the acquisition of the remaining 25% stake in Svaksha Distillery marks another significant milestone in BCL’s growth journey. We are pleased to have completed this transaction as per planned timeline, making Svaksha a wholly owned subsidiary of BCL Industries. Svaksha has demonstrated strong and consistent growth over the years and has become an integral part of our grain-based ethanol and ENA business. This acquisition further strengthens our integrated distillery operations, enhances operational efficiencies, and positions us to capitalize on future growth opportunities while creating sustainable long-term value for our shareholders.’

Bcl rises 29.7% over three months, with buying pressure holding steady. The PEG of 0.43 is extremely low. Either the market misses the growth story, or there is a catch worth investigating. Razor-thin margins below 5% make profitability extremely vulnerable — this business needs scale or pricing power urgently. The stock holds at 35% of its 52-week range with RSI at 41. In other words, neither side has a clear edge right now. Revenue grows at 15.7% and the stock moves sideways over three months. Neither side makes a strong case. The next earnings print will likely break this stock out of its current range. Check Fundamentals of Bcl Industries Limited.
