The company reported a 108.06% year-on-year growth in revenue, reaching ₹ 5,088.70 Mn, and a significant 157.51% year-on-year increase in PAT, standing at ₹ 177.27 Mn. These impressive figures highlight Mukka Proteins’ strong execution and growth trajectory.

Consolidated Financial Performance

The consolidated revenue for Q2 FY27 was ₹ 5,088.70 Mn, compared to ₹ 4,896.54 Mn in Q1 FY27 and ₹ 2,445.81 Mn in Q2 FY26. The PAT for the quarter stood at ₹ 177.27 Mn, up from ₹ 68.84 Mn in Q2 FY26. The EBITDA increased to ₹ 501.18 Mn, marking a 90.73% year-on-year increase. The EBITDA margin stood at 9.85%, down slightly from 10.74% in the same quarter last year.

Standalone Financial Performance

The EBITDA increased to ₹ 357.53 Mn, up 84.41% year-on-year. The PAT margin expanded to 2.60%, up from 1.62% in the same quarter last year.

The growth was supported by strong export demand, improved realizations, and favorable industry dynamics amid global fishmeal supply constraints. However, geopolitical disruptions and supply-chain constraints resulted in the execution of certain shipments being deferred to October 2026.

Mukka Proteins’ capacity expansion, including the commencement of commercial production at the Oman facility, has increased the Group’s overall production capacity and strengthened its manufacturing presence in the Middle East. The U.S. FDA facility registration and USDA NOP Inputs Attestation for Eco Sphere Organic Fertilizer are expected to support product acceptance in organic-farming markets, including the United States.

Looking ahead, Mukka Proteins aims to ramp up operations at the Al Juba facility, execute deferred shipments, deepen market access, and improve operating efficiencies across the Group.
