Green Fuel Business
The green fuel business, through its joint venture Premier Green Innovations Private Limited (PGIPL), recorded total revenue of Rs. 179.35 crore and a profit of Rs. 12.15 crore for 4Q FY 2025-26, down from revenue of Rs. 206.12 crore and a profit of Rs. 13.95 crore in Q3 FY 2025-26. Infrastructure Advisory Business
The infrastructure advisory business achieved a total revenue of Rs. 50.54 crore with a profit of Rs. 1.54 crore for 4Q FY 2025-26, up from revenue of Rs. 31.51 crore with a profit of Rs. 1.97 crore in Q3 FY 2025-26. Fundamental & Technical Analysis of Avonmore Capital & Management Services Limited
Avonmore Capital & Management Services Limited belongs to the Financial Services › Capital Markets sector. Here’s a quick read on where the business and the stock stand today.
Avonmore falls 9.8% over three months and has not found a floor yet. 1 loss quarter(s) over five years signals earnings fragility — not chronic but worth noting. Revenue contracts at -3.3% CAGR. That signals structural headwinds, not a short-term blip. The stock gains 8.8% in the last month, recovering from the three-month slide. However, it is too early to call this a confirmed reversal. Price climbs recently despite -3.3% revenue growth and a PEG of 99.00. Consequently, either institutions position ahead of improvement or the move fades when earnings disappoint. Treat this as a trading signal, not an investment thesis. Check Fundamentals of Avonmore Capital & Management Services Limited.

Avonmore Capital & Management Services Limited (avonmore) Positioned to Capitalise on India’s Landmark Ethanol Policy Expansion
Avonmore Capital & Management Services Ltd. (AVONMORE) poised to benefit from India’s new ethanol policy, enhancing ethanol blending and flex-fuel vehicle ma.
Avonmore Capital & Management Services Limited (AVONMORE) today welcomed the Government of India’s landmark decision to exempt petrol blended with 22%– 30% ethanol (E22–E30) from excise duty, alongside the launch of E85 fuel for flex-fuel vehicles. These transformative policy initiatives mark a major acceleration of India’s National Biofuel Programme and are expected to significantly increase ethanol consumption across the country. Through its Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV), Premier Green Innovations Private Limited (PGIPL), AVONMORE is strategically positioned to benefit from this structural shift in India’s energy landscape.
India’s Ethanol Revolution Enters a New Phase
Following the successful implementation of E20 fuel, the Government of India has taken another significant step towards strengthening energy security and reducing dependence on imported fossil fuels. The Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) has now notified specifications for E22, E25, E27 and E30 fuel blends, paving the way for higher ethanol usage in the transportation sector. Simultaneously, the exemption of E22–E30 blends from excise duty removes a key cost barrier, making higher ethanol blends more economically attractive. The launch of E85 fuel for flex-fuel vehicles further expands the market opportunity by creating an entirely new demand segment for fuel-grade ethanol.
ACMS’s Green Fuel Business Platform
AVONMORE participates in the green fuel and ethanol manufacturing sector through its Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV), Premier Green Innovations Private Limited (PGIPL), formerly known as Premier Alcobev Private Limited.
