DCB posts a 10.4% three-month gain, but softens in the last few weeks. The PEG of 0.53 signals undervaluation relative to growth. It is a potential re-rating candidate. D/E of 1.30 is elevated. As a result, debt servicing will compress free cash flow in a high-rate environment. The stock gives back 4.6% in the last month despite a positive three-month run. As a result, the earlier momentum appears to be fading. Both the business and the stock move in the right direction. Revenue grows at 15.9%, profits at 16.3%, and the PEG sits at 0.53 — below its growth rate. That combination is rare. Check Fundamentals of DCB Bank Limited.
