Creditaccess Grameen Limited NSE Creditacc October 2026 Global Lender Base

CreditAccess Grameen Limited (NSE: CREDITACC), India’s leading rural focused inclusive financing platform, has broadened its global lender base with a USD 175 million syndicated social loan facility. This marks the fifth ECB syndication transaction successfully completed by CA Grameen over the past five years, mobilising USD 640 million till date.

Strong International Participation

Despite global macroeconomic uncertainties and heightened competition in the ECB market from FCNR (B) deposits mobilisation, the syndication transaction received strong response coupled with competitive loan pricing and secured participation from ten financial institutions across Asia and the Middle East & Africa regions.

Continued Confidence in CA Grameen’s Business Model

The transaction reflects the continued confidence of international lenders in CA Grameen’s business model and corporate governance standards. The Company currently holds around 24% of its liability profile in foreign borrowings, building a strong lender base across 15 countries.

Commenting on the transaction, Mr. Nilesh Dalvi, Chief Financial Officer, CreditAccess Grameen, remarked, “The successful closure of the USD 175 million facility at competitive pricing, amidst global macroeconomic uncertainties and heightened competition from FCNR(B) deposits mobilisation, demonstrates the strength of CA Grameen franchise and the confidence we have earned from international lenders.”

As CA Grameen continues to diversify its sources of funding, its focus remains on optimising funding costs, maintaining a robust asset-liability management (ALM) profile, and strengthening balance sheet resilience to support sustainable growth and its long-term commitment to financial inclusion.

Moneyboxx falls 12.4% over three months and has not found a floor yet. Razor-thin margins below 5% make profitability extremely vulnerable — this business needs scale or pricing power urgently. Revenue consistency is the one bright spot — zero dips in five years shows operational resilience. Sellers drive 1.9x the volume of buyers. Furthermore, they controlled 14 of recent sessions versus 15 for buyers — a clear distribution signal. Revenue grows at 59.7% yet the PEG reaches 99.00 — expensive for that growth. Furthermore, the stock drops 12.4% in three months. Neither value nor momentum supports this setup. It needs an earnings beat or a price reset first. Check Fundamentals of Moneyboxx Finance Limited.
