Glass Wall Systems (india) Limited Q1fy27 Results

Glass Wall Systems (India) Limited (NSE: GLASSWALL) announced its consolidated financial results for the quarter ended 30th June 2026, showcasing a robust performance. The company reported a 36% year-on-year (YoY) revenue growth and a 9% YoY EBITDA growth for Q1FY27, achieving an impressive 21.3% EBITDA margin.

Domestic Business Surge

The domestic façade business saw a remarkable 93% YoY revenue increase, reaching Rs. 62 crores, driven by strong project execution. This segment continues to be a major contributor to the company’s overall revenue growth.

International Business Dip

Conversely, the international business experienced a 12% YoY revenue decline to Rs. 39 crores, reflecting the timing of order execution. However, the company expects this to improve as deliveries are scheduled over the coming quarters.

Fenestration Sector Boom

The fenestration business, driven by rising demand from the luxury residential segment, saw a phenomenal 127% YoY revenue jump to Rs. 6 crores. This sector is expected to maintain its growth trajectory.

However, the EBITDA margin was impacted due to a lower contribution from the international business, increased employee costs for new capacity expansion, and higher other expenses. Adjusted for changes in contract terms, EBITDA would have been 22.5% in Q1FY27. Despite these challenges, the company remains optimistic about its future growth prospects.

Commenting on the results, Mr. Eshan Hemrajani, Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer, Glass Wall Systems (India) Limited, emphasized the company’s integrated façade solutions platform and highlighted strategic priorities such as backward integration through an in-house Glass Processing Unit (GPU). The company expects revenue to grow significantly over FY26, with EBITDA margins in line with previous years, driven by sustained demand for high-quality façade and fenestration solutions.
