Amara Raja Energy & Mobility Limited (ARE&M) reported a 16% revenue increase in Q4 FY26, with the board recommending a final dividend of ₹5.2 per share. The company posted a profit before tax of Rs. 1,307 Cr for FY26, up from Rs. 1,299 Cr in FY25. Revenue for FY26 was Rs. 13,549 Cr, compared to Rs. 12,405 Cr in FY25.

Strong Performance in New Energy Business

The new energy business saw a 60% revenue increase, driven by rapid scale-up and innovation. The company’s Giga Corridor infrastructure is nearing completion, with the R&D center and qualification plant expected to be operational soon. The first 2 GWh of cell manufacturing is on track for June 2027.
