Hinduja moves sideways over three months, with neither buyers nor sellers taking control. Razor-thin margins below 5% make profitability extremely vulnerable — this business needs scale or pricing power urgently. 2 loss quarter(s) over five years signals earnings fragility — not chronic but worth noting. The stock gains 5.5% in the last month, recovering from the three-month slide. However, it is too early to call this a confirmed reversal. Revenue grows at -1.3% CAGR and the PEG stands at 99.00. The growth does not match the price the market asks. Furthermore, flat price action adds no technical catalyst. A lower price or faster revenue growth would improve the odds. Hinduja Global Solutions Limited (HGS) has announced the launch of Project GANGA in Uttar Pradesh, in association with its broadband vertical, OneOTT Intertainment Limited (OIL). The initiative, flagged off by Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Shri. Yogi Adityanath, aims to connect 20 lakh households with high-speed broadband over the next 2–3 years.

Project GANGA Overview

Project GANGA, or ‘Government Assisted Network for Growth & Advancement’, is a state-wide digital inclusion and social upliftment initiative. It seeks to develop up to 10,000 local entrepreneurs at the Nyaya Panchayat level into Digital Service Providers (DSPs), creating sustainable livelihoods in the emerging digital economy.

Employment Opportunities

The project is expected to generate over 100,000 employment opportunities across the state in the digital ecosystem, with a strong focus on women and youth empowerment. Broadband services under the initiative will be offered as ‘Ganga Fiber’.

Future Prospects

Project GANGA aligns with the Government of Uttar Pradesh’s broader digital vision to expand access to education, healthcare, governance, and enterprise services through reliable broadband infrastructure.
