Unimech Aerospace and Manufacturing Limited (unimech) Q4 FY26 Results

Unimech Aerospace and Manufacturing Limited (NSE: UNIMECH) announced its financial results for the quarter and full year ended 31st March 2026, marking a decisive return to growth. The Q4 FY26 performance highlights a sharp sequential recovery and significant expansion in the order book. Revenue from operations more than doubled sequentially, reflecting normalization in customer orders and improved execution.

Financial Highlights

The financial highlights for Q4 FY26 show a robust performance with total revenue at Rs. 96.6 crore, up 23% year-on-year and 116% sequentially from Rs. 44.6 crore in Q3 FY26. EBITDA grew to Rs. 35.2 crore, up 28% year-on-year and 2187% sequentially from Rs. 1.5 crore in Q3 FY26. PAT stood at Rs. 26.1 crore, up 994% sequentially from Rs. 2.4 crore in Q3 FY26, although down 10% year-on-year due to higher depreciation and finance costs.

Year-End Performance

For the full year ended March 31, 2026, revenue from operations stood at Rs. 240.5 crore, nearly unchanged from Rs. 242.9 crore in FY25. EBITDA for FY26 was Rs. 75.1 crore, down 18% year-on-year from Rs. 92.1 crore in FY25, a planned outcome of front-loaded investments. PAT for FY26 was Rs. 63.3 crore, down 24% year-on-year from Rs. 83.5 crore in FY25.

Mr. Anil Kumar Puttan, Chairman & Managing Director, commented on the performance, stating, ‘Q4 FY26 marked a clear inflection point for Unimech. The strength of our operating model stood the test as seen once customer ordering normalized. The Q4 performance validates the strategic choices we have made over the past year, even as much of FY26 was shaped by a volatile global trade environment and muted customer ordering.’ He added, ‘The underlying business has emerged stronger, more diversified, and better prepared for scale.’

Unimech continues to expand its international presence and enhance its product and engineering capabilities. The order book stands at approximately Rs. 314 crore as on May 26th, 2026, with customer engagement levels remaining healthy across key segments. Looking ahead, Unimech remains confident in its ability to deliver sustainable long-term growth while building a globally competitive precision manufacturing platform.

Ceigall posts a 2.4% three-month gain, but softens in the last few weeks. Thin margins at 7.7% leave limited room for error — any demand softness or cost spike hits the bottom line hard. Revenue grows at 20.5% and profits at 23.1% CAGR. Both numbers are exceptional. Buyers show up with 2.2x the volume of sellers. Moreover, they dominated on 18 of recent sessions versus 12 for sellers — a healthy accumulation pattern. Both the business and the stock move in the right direction. Greaves falls 20.2% over three months and has not found a floor yet. The PEG stands at 4.43 — severely stretched. Any earnings miss could trigger a sharp de-rating.
