Tarc Limited Fy2026 Results: Revenue Up 64%, Profitability Boosted by TARC Tripundra

TARC Limited (NSE: TARC), New Delhi’s leading luxury residential real estate developer, announced its financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. FY2026 marked an important year of operational progress and delivery milestones for the company, supported by sustained sales momentum, strong business cash flows, and continued expansion of the luxury development pipeline.

Financial Highlights

TARC Limited reported consolidated total income of ₹67.78 crore for FY2026, a significant 64% year-on-year growth from ₹41.39 crore in FY2025. The company’s EBITDA for FY2026 stood at ₹77.51 crore, a remarkable turnaround from the negative EBITDA of ₹27.77 crore in FY2025. The company also reported a profit after tax (PAT) of ₹19.03 crore for FY2026, reversing the net loss of ₹231.29 crore in FY2025.

Operational Highlights

The commencement of revenue recognition at TARC Tripundra during Q4 FY2025 marked a key inflection point, strengthening profitability and financial performance visibility. The project has a total gross development value of approximately ₹1,000 crore, with a progressive gross margin of 45% at the project level.

TARC Kailasa witnessed strong customer engagement following the launch of premium inventory, alongside the operationalization of the new Experience Centre and Sample Residence. The total project gross development value now stands at approximately ₹4,400 crore. TARC Ishva expanded its development footprint through the unveiling of ‘Ishvara’, the sixth and tallest tower of the development, increasing the total project gross development value to approximately ₹3,600 crore.

Commenting on FY2026 performance, Mr. Amar Sarin, Managing Director & CEO, TARC Limited, said: ‘The commencement of revenue recognition at TARC Tripundra during Q4 FY2025 marks a key inflection point, strengthening profitability and financial performance visibility. FY2026 consolidated revenue stood at ₹67.78 crore, with PAT of ₹19.03 crore and a healthy project-level gross margin of 45% at Tripundra is testament to our strategy of leveraging historical land bank, luxury positioning, and value-accretive development approach. Looking ahead, we remain focused on disciplined execution, phased launches, and expansion of our luxury and ultra-luxury pipeline.’

The luxury residential market in Delhi and Gurugram continues to exhibit strong structural demand, supported by constrained supply of high-quality developments, increasing preference for amenity-led community living, and growing buyer inclination toward trusted and institutional developers. Despite global headwinds, India’s long-term economic growth outlook, supported by infrastructure investments, rising wealth creation, and increasing global economic integration, continues to strengthen demand for differentiated luxury residential developments.

TARC falls 11.4% over three months and has not found a floor yet. Industry-leading margins of 65.4% reflect exceptional pricing power and operational efficiency. 4 loss quarters over five years is a serious red flag — earnings quality is poor and recovery is not guaranteed. The stock sits at 21% of its 52-week range, close to annual lows. Historically, value investors build positions at these levels — though cheap stocks can stay cheap. Revenue grows at -33.7% CAGR and the PEG stands at 99.00. The growth does not match the price the market asks. Furthermore, flat price action adds no technical catalyst. A lower price or faster revenue growth would improve the odds. Check Fundamentals of TARC Limited.

Puravankara moves sideways over three months, with neither buyers nor sellers taking control. Razor-thin margins below 5% make profitability extremely vulnerable — this business needs scale or pricing power urgently. No meaningful dividend — total return is entirely dependent on capital appreciation. The stock holds at 37% of its 52-week range with RSI at 46. In other words, neither side has a clear edge right now. Revenue grows at 45.3% and the stock moves sideways over three months. Neither side makes a strong case. The next earnings print will likely break this stock out of its current range. Check Fundamentals of Puravankara Limited.

Godrej Properties Limited (NSE: GODREJPROP) has marked a significant milestone in the transformation of Bandra Bay with the inauguration of a new pedestrian corridor along LK Mehta Marg. Developed in partnership with RC Group and the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC), this corridor is the first completed public infrastructure project under the Bandra Bay Beautification Initiative.

Enhancing Accessibility and Community Engagement

The newly developed pedestrian corridor is designed to enhance pedestrian safety, ease movement, and make Bandra Bay a more welcoming, walkable, and vibrant address for Mumbai residents. This initiative is part of a larger plan that includes adding a green promenade, open lawns, a pet park, a quiet reading zone, and an amphitheatre. Additionally, a mini golf course and a sports and activity zone are planned for the next phase.

Celebrating Community Wellness

To celebrate the inauguration, the corridor came alive with a morning of community wellness by the sea. Families and children participated in various activities including pedalling stationary cycles, a walking challenge, Zumba sessions, and yoga classes. Visitors also enjoyed face painting, pottery, diya painting, healthy bowls, and seasonal fruit juices. The event concluded with participants recording their mood on an emotion tracker.

Amitesh Shah, CEO, Mumbai MMR Region, Godrej Properties, emphasized, ‘Creating great neighbourhoods goes beyond the homes we build; it extends to the streets and public spaces people share. Bandra Bay is one of Mumbai’s most loved stretches of waterfront, and we are proud to partner with BMC and RC Group to make it more accessible for the community. Today’s inauguration is a first step, and we are committed to seeing the larger plan through.’ Anup Singh, Head – Design & Regulatory, RC Group, added, ‘This stepping stone reflects the power of public-private and community collaboration in creating infrastructure that benefits the wider community. The inauguration of this corridor marks the beginning of a larger journey for Bandra Bay. Our shared vision has been to create a waterfront destination that balances accessibility and community engagement, and this brings it one step closer to reality.’

Godrej drops 27.3% over three months and trades near its 52-week lows. The PEG of 0.61 signals undervaluation relative to growth. It is a potential re-rating candidate. Industry-leading margins of 30.8% reflect exceptional pricing power and operational efficiency. RSI stands at 26, well into oversold territory. Yet sellers still dominated on 17 of recent sessions versus 13 for buyers, so the pressure has not fully lifted. Revenue grows at 32.4% and profits at 47.9% CAGR, with D/E of 0.72. Meanwhile, the stock dips 27.3% in three months without any fundamental deterioration. Consequently, the stock quietly becomes cheaper relative to earnings power.
