Tarc Limited Fy2026 Results: Revenue Up 64%, Profitability Boosted by TARC Tripundra

TARC Limited (NSE: TARC), New Delhi’s leading luxury residential real estate developer, announced its financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. FY2026 marked an important year of operational progress and delivery milestones for the company, supported by sustained sales momentum, strong business cash flows, and continued expansion of the luxury development pipeline.

Financial Highlights

TARC Limited reported consolidated total income of ₹67.78 crore for FY2026, a significant 64% year-on-year growth from ₹41.39 crore in FY2025. The company’s EBITDA for FY2026 stood at ₹77.51 crore, a remarkable turnaround from the negative EBITDA of ₹27.77 crore in FY2025. The company also reported a profit after tax (PAT) of ₹19.03 crore for FY2026, reversing the net loss of ₹231.29 crore in FY2025.

Operational Highlights

The commencement of revenue recognition at TARC Tripundra during Q4 FY2025 marked a key inflection point, strengthening profitability and financial performance visibility. The project has a total gross development value of approximately ₹1,000 crore, with a progressive gross margin of 45% at the project level.

TARC Kailasa witnessed strong customer engagement following the launch of premium inventory, alongside the operationalization of the new Experience Centre and Sample Residence. The total project gross development value now stands at approximately ₹4,400 crore. TARC Ishva expanded its development footprint through the unveiling of ‘Ishvara’, the sixth and tallest tower of the development, increasing the total project gross development value to approximately ₹3,600 crore.

Commenting on FY2026 performance, Mr. Amar Sarin, Managing Director & CEO, TARC Limited, said: ‘The commencement of revenue recognition at TARC Tripundra during Q4 FY2025 marks a key inflection point, strengthening profitability and financial performance visibility. FY2026 consolidated revenue stood at ₹67.78 crore, with PAT of ₹19.03 crore and a healthy project-level gross margin of 45% at Tripundra is testament to our strategy of leveraging historical land bank, luxury positioning, and value-accretive development approach. Looking ahead, we remain focused on disciplined execution, phased launches, and expansion of our luxury and ultra-luxury pipeline.’

The luxury residential market in Delhi and Gurugram continues to exhibit strong structural demand, supported by constrained supply of high-quality developments, increasing preference for amenity-led community living, and growing buyer inclination toward trusted and institutional developers. Despite global headwinds, India’s long-term economic growth outlook, supported by infrastructure investments, rising wealth creation, and increasing global economic integration, continues to strengthen demand for differentiated luxury residential developments.

TARC falls 11.4% over three months and has not found a floor yet. Industry-leading margins of 65.4% reflect exceptional pricing power and operational efficiency. 4 loss quarters over five years is a serious red flag — earnings quality is poor and recovery is not guaranteed. The stock sits at 21% of its 52-week range, close to annual lows. Historically, value investors build positions at these levels — though cheap stocks can stay cheap. Revenue grows at -33.7% CAGR and the PEG stands at 99.00. The growth does not match the price the market asks. Furthermore, flat price action adds no technical catalyst. A lower price or faster revenue growth would improve the odds. Check Fundamentals of TARC Limited.

Omaxe Limited OMAXE October 2026 Partnership

Omaxe Limited (OMAXE) has entered into an operating arrangement with Lemon Tree Hotels to manage 10 hotel projects across India, comprising 4,000 keys. This partnership marks a significant step in Omaxe’s previously announced INR 6,200 crore hospitality expansion, announced in June 2026. The 10 projects entail an estimated investment of approximately INR 4,000 crore and span various locations including Lucknow, Vrindavan, and Faridabad.

Strategic Collaboration

The collaboration with Lemon Tree Hotels, a subsidiary of Carnation Hotels Private Limited, strengthens Omaxe’s hospitality portfolio and supports its growth across multiple destinations. The properties will be operated under Lemon Tree Hotels’ brand portfolio, catering to a mix of hospitality segments. The projects will follow a sale-led development model, with Omaxe expecting to fund their completion through sales proceeds without requiring loan funding.

Expansion and Development

The portfolio includes hospitality developments at transit hubs, pilgrimage destinations, and commercial locations, reflecting Omaxe’s approach of integrating hospitality with its wider real estate and urban development portfolio. Project development and commissioning timelines are expected to range from nine months to five years, depending on the individual development. Commenting on the partnership, Mr. Mohit Goel, Managing Director, Omaxe Ltd., said, “India’s hospitality opportunity is expanding beyond established metropolitan markets, with Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities emerging as important destinations for business, leisure, and pilgrimage travel.”

Future Outlook

The projects will advance Omaxe’s strategy of extending its real estate development capabilities into hospitality, complementing its existing townships, commercial destinations, and mixed-use developments. By aligning its projects with established hospitality operations, the company aims to address evolving accommodation needs across diverse markets in India.

Strategic Expansion

Commenting on the company’s performance, Ashish Puravankara, Managing Director, Puravankara Limited, said: “Our focus is on scaling the business while maintaining discipline in pricing, capital deployment, and execution. In Q2FY27, pre-sales grew 62% to ₹2,136 crore, with collections up 24% and average price realization up 32%. This performance supports our strategy of investing in differentiated developments in markets where we see enduring demand. In H1FY27, we added development opportunities with an estimated GDV of ₹14,100 crore across Bengaluru, Mumbai, and Greater Noida. We have been deliberate in selecting opportunities that offer both scale and long-term value. The priority now is to translate this development potential into launches, sales, and cash flows. Puravankara falls 10.7% over three months and has not found a floor yet. Razor-thin margins below 5% make profitability extremely vulnerable — this business needs scale or pricing power urgently. No meaningful dividend — total return is entirely dependent on capital appreciation. The stock holds at 39% of its 52-week range with RSI at 49. In other words, neither side has a clear edge right now. Revenue grows at 45.3% and the stock moves sideways over three months. Neither side makes a strong case.
