Vedanta Oil and Gas Limited (VOGL) has reported impressive financial results for the first quarter of FY27. The company saw a revenue growth of 9% year-on-year to ₹2,507 crore, driven by strong operational performance and favorable commodity prices. Notably, EBITDA increased by 16% quarter-on-quarter to ₹1,232 crore, reflecting the company’s disciplined execution and operational excellence.

Strong Financial Performance

The Profit After Tax (PAT) for the quarter, including discontinued operations, stood at ₹945 crore, showcasing the company’s solid financial foundation. The company’s average gross operated production was 77.7 kboepd, highlighting its robust production capabilities.

Exploration Success

Vedanta Oil and Gas Limited also announced a significant gas discovery in the Kaam BCP-1ST well in the Kameshwari-Graben area of the Barmer Basin in Rajasthan. This discovery marks a milestone in the company’s exploration efforts and opens up new opportunities for future growth.
