Oswal Pumps Limited (oswalpumps) Q1 FY27: Income Down, Margins Decline Amid Competitive Bidding
Oswal Pumps Limited (OSWALPUMPS) reports Q1 FY27 results with total income at ₹4,817 Mn, EBITDA ₹825 Mn, and PAT ₹538 Mn.
Oswal Pumps Limited (OSWALPUMPS) announced its Q1 FY27 results, revealing a total income of ₹4,817 million, EBITDA of ₹825 million, and PAT of ₹538 million. Despite a 6.5% decline in total income compared to Q1 FY26, the company’s EBITDA margin stood at 17.1%, and PAT margin at 11.2%. The decline in margins was primarily due to industry-wide competitive bidding under the Magel Tyala scheme, which resulted in a 9% reduction in realizations.
Financial Highlights
The company’s diluted EPS stood at ₹4.86 in Q1 FY27, down 43.1% from ₹8.54 in the same quarter last year. The EBITDA margin declined by 708 bps QoQ, driven by a fall in gross margins, increased employee benefit expenses, and negative operating leverage. Despite these challenges, the company’s order book stands at 22,025 pumps, with a near-term pipeline of 12,500 pumps.
Strategic Initiatives
Commenting on the results, Mr. Vivek Gupta, Chairman and Managing Director, Oswal Pumps Limited, said, ‘The Company commenced FY27 with continued execution of its order book, even as the tender pricing environment across the industry turned more competitive.’ The company is focusing on diversifying beyond its core government-led solar irrigation business and is evaluating entry into the Jal Jeevan Mission, where it has identified an addressable pipeline of approximately 42,000 pumps. Additionally, the company continues to scale its presence across Rooftop Solar, Utility, and Commercial & Industrial (C&I) Solar EPC segments.
Backed by a healthy execution pipeline, a rapidly growing presence across multiple renewable energy segments, and proven project execution capabilities, Oswal Pumps Limited remains focused on disciplined execution, operational efficiency, and creating long-term value for all stakeholders.

Fundamental & Technical Analysis of NAVA LIMITED
NAVA LIMITED belongs to the Industrials › Conglomerates sector. Here’s a quick read on where the business and the stock stand today.
NAVA falls 8.8% over three months and has not found a floor yet. Revenue consistency is the one bright spot — zero dips in five years shows operational resilience. Revenue contracts at 6.8% CAGR. That signals structural headwinds, not a short-term blip. The stock sits at 22% of its 52-week range, close to annual lows. Historically, value investors build positions at these levels — though cheap stocks can stay cheap. Revenue grows at 6.8% CAGR and the PEG stands at 99.00. The growth does not match the price the market asks. Furthermore, flat price action adds no technical catalyst. A lower price or faster revenue growth would improve the odds.
