Pyramid Technoplast Limited (pyramid) Announces Kutch Expansion and Government Subsidy Benefits
Pyramid Technoplast Limited (PYRAMID) announces Kutch expansion and government subsidy benefits, enhancing capacity and cost competitiveness.
Pyramid Technoplast Limited (PYRAMID) announced two strategic developments aimed at strengthening its manufacturing footprint and enhancing long-term returns. The company is establishing a new manufacturing facility in Kutch, Gujarat, and securing significant government subsidy benefits for its Wada and Bharuch facilities.
Kutch Expansion to Add 10,000 IBCs per Month
Pyramid Technoplast is setting up a new manufacturing facility in Kutch, Gujarat. The expansion is strategically positioned to strengthen the company’s presence across Western India, providing customers with faster deliveries and improved service levels. The location is also expected to provide logistical benefits through lower freight costs and shorter delivery timelines. The new facility will provide an additional growth platform for the company’s IBC business and enable Pyramid Technoplast to cater to the increasing demand from customers in the region.
Key highlights:
- Investment: ₹20–25 crore
- Capacity: 10,000 IBC units/month
- Expected commissioning: March 2027
- Strategic benefit: Stronger presence in Kutch & Western India
- Operational benefit: Lower freight, faster deliveries and improved customer service
Government Subsidy Benefits to Improve Project Economics
The company has also received government subsidy approvals covering its Wada and Bharuch facilities, which are expected to reduce the effective cost of investment and improve project economics. For the Wada facility, a subsidy of approximately ₹24.9 crore over 10 years has been approved, with the sanction expected by March 2027. For Unit 7 at Bharuch, subsidy benefits of approximately ₹10.5 crore have been approved, with the application for formal sanction yet to be filed. Together, these benefits represent approximately ₹35.4 crore of potential subsidy support, subject to the applicable approval and disbursement processes.
The subsidy benefits are expected to lower the effective capital cost of the respective projects, thereby improving ROCE, IRR, and project payback, while providing greater visibility on long-term cash generation.
Mr. Bijay Agarwal, Managing Director, Pyramid Technoplast Limited, said: “We are pleased to announce these two important developments as we continue to strengthen the foundation for Pyramid Technoplast’s next phase of growth. Our Kutch expansion will add 10,000 IBC units per month of capacity and strengthen our presence in Western India, while also providing meaningful logistical and customer-service advantages. At the same time, the government subsidy benefits secured for our Wada and Bharuch facilities will reduce the effective cost of our investments and further improve the return profile of these assets. These developments are aligned with our broader strategy of expanding capacity in line with market demand while maintaining disciplined capital allocation. With our existing manufacturing footprint continuing to ramp up, the Kutch facility adding incremental capacity and efficiency initiatives such as solar and recycling contributing to cost optimisation, we remain focused on converting our expanded manufacturing platform into higher utilisation, stronger profitability, and improved returns over the medium term.”

Fundamental & Technical Analysis of Pyramid Technoplast Limited
Pyramid Technoplast Limited belongs to the Consumer Cyclical › Packaging & Containers sector. Here’s a quick read on where the business and the stock stand today.
Pyramid holds in the upper half of its 52-week range, a sign the market backs the stock. Razor-thin margins below 5% make profitability extremely vulnerable — this business needs scale or pricing power urgently. Revenue consistency is the one bright spot — zero dips in five years shows operational resilience. The stock gains 4.5% in the last month, recovering from the three-month slide. However, it is too early to call this a confirmed reversal. The stock rises -1.4% in three months on 12.4% revenue growth. As a result, the market gives it more credit than the fundamentals strictly justify. Watch the next quarterly results. If growth accelerates, the move makes sense. If not, expect some gains to unwind. Check Fundamentals of Pyramid Technoplast Limited.

TVS Srichakra Limited belongs to the Consumer Cyclical › Auto Parts sector. Here’s a quick read on where the business and the stock stand today.
TVS posts a 6.6% three-month gain, but softens in the last few weeks. Razor-thin margins below 5% make profitability extremely vulnerable — this business needs scale or pricing power urgently. Revenue contracts at 6.8% CAGR. That signals structural headwinds, not a short-term blip. The stock gives back 8.3% in the last month despite a positive three-month run. As a result, the earlier momentum appears to be fading. The stock holds up despite 6.8% revenue growth and a PEG of 99.00. That could signal an early turnaround. Alternatively, index flows simply support the price. Watch whether analysts revise estimates upward — that is the real signal. Check Fundamentals of TVS Srichakra Limited.

Easy Trip Planners Limited (easemytrip) Launches Emtev Electric Buses in Bhopal, Aims for 5,000 Annual Manufacturing
Easy Trip Planners Limited (EASEMYTRIP) unveils EMTev electric buses in Bhopal, targets 5,000 annual manufacturing as part of Vision 2030.
Easy Trip Planners Limited (EASEMYTRIP) has marked a significant milestone with the debut of electric buses from its electric mobility arm, Easy Green Mobility (EMTev), in Bhopal. This initiative is a key step towards the company’s long-term Vision 2030 roadmap, which includes an ambitious target of manufacturing 5,000 electric buses annually within the next five years.
Expansion into Sustainable Transportation
The Bhopal rollout underscores EaseMyTrip’s commitment to expanding its footprint in tourism infrastructure, sustainable transportation, and domestic electric vehicle manufacturing. EMTev’s electric bus programme builds on the operating experience of YOLO Bus, EMTev’s existing operating arm, which already manages conventional intercity buses across multiple southern Indian markets.
Building a Scalable Mobility Ecosystem
EMTev’s initial electric bus portfolio includes a 12-meter electric seater coach with a seating capacity of 45+D. The coach is equipped with an LFP battery offering 423.9 kWh of total energy, a PMSM motor, air suspension, EBS with ESC braking, and EHPS steering. The buses are designed to provide a range of up to 350 km and a top speed of 100 km/h. EMTev’s focus on safety and fleet intelligence is evident through the inclusion of EBS, ESC, and camera-based monitoring systems. The company aims to build a scalable mobility ecosystem that supports India’s shift towards cleaner and more efficient transportation.
As EMTev progresses, the company will continue to strengthen its electric bus manufacturing, operating, and service capabilities while evaluating opportunities across electric commercial mobility. With zero tailpipe emissions during operation, EMTev’s electric buses provide an alternative to conventional diesel-powered transportation and support efforts to reduce dependence on fossil fuels.

Fundamental & Technical Analysis of Easy Trip Planners Limited
Easy Trip Planners Limited belongs to the Consumer Cyclical › Travel Services sector. Here’s a quick read on where the business and the stock stand today.
Easy drops 19.4% over three months and trades near its 52-week lows. Thin margins at 9.4% leave limited room for error — any demand softness or cost spike hits the bottom line hard. 3 loss quarters over five years is a serious red flag — earnings quality is poor and recovery is not guaranteed. Sellers drive 1.6x the volume of buyers. Furthermore, they controlled 16 of recent sessions versus 13 for buyers — a clear distribution signal. Revenue grows at 6.1% yet the PEG reaches 99.00 — expensive for that growth. Furthermore, the stock drops 19.4% in three months. Neither value nor momentum supports this setup. It needs an earnings beat or a price reset first. Check Fundamentals of Easy Trip Planners Limited.
