ZUARI INDUSTRIES LIMITED (NSE: ZUARIIND) announced Q1 FY27 results with revenue up 27% to ₹266.5 crore, and consolidated PAT at ₹0.05 crore.
ZUARI INDUSTRIES LIMITED (NSE: ZUARIIND) announced its unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. On a standalone basis, the company reported revenue from operations of ₹266.5 crore, up 27% from Q1 FY26, and operating EBITDA stood at ₹13.9 crore. Sector Performance
The Sugar, Power & Ethanol (SPE) division operated for six days during the quarter as against no crushing in the previous quarter of last year. Sugar sales increased to 4.7 lakh quintals from 3.6 lakh quintals in Q1 FY26 due to higher domestic sales quota allocation. The average sugar realization improved to ₹4,116 per quintal, supported by robust demand and stable prices. Ethanol sales increased marginally to 10,248 KL from 9,757 KL. Power exports increased owing to the mill operation during the quarter.
Real Estate and Engineering Milestones
The real estate subsidiary, Zuari Infraworld India Ltd. (ZIIL), achieved a key milestone with the completion of The St. Regis Residences, Dubai, with handovers now underway. The company continued to progress its development mandates across Hyderabad and Kolkata. During the quarter, ZIIL executed the Development Management Agreement for a plotted project at Nelamangala, Bengaluru. The engineering arm of the company, Simon India Ltd (SIL), continued execution across its ongoing EPC projects and is currently executing projects worth approximately ₹70 crore.
In line with the seasonal nature of the sugar business, the SPE division operated for six days during the quarter. The company also reduced its cost of borrowing by 56 basis points year-on-year basis. Despite geopolitical uncertainties in West Asia contributing to a more cautious capital expenditure environment across the sectors, the company continues to remain focused on expanding its order book across its core sectors, while advancing digitalization and AI-led initiatives across project execution and other key processes.

Fundamental & Technical Analysis of ZUARI INDUSTRIES LIMITED
ZUARI INDUSTRIES LIMITED belongs to the Industrials › Conglomerates sector. Here’s a quick read on where the business and the stock stand today.
ZUARI posts a 4.5% three-month gain, but softens in the last few weeks. 3 loss quarters over five years is a serious red flag — earnings quality is poor and recovery is not guaranteed. Revenue contracts at 3.1% CAGR. That signals structural headwinds, not a short-term blip. The stock gives back 1.1% in the last month despite a positive three-month run. As a result, the earlier momentum appears to be fading. Revenue grows at 3.1% CAGR and the PEG stands at 99.00. The growth does not match the price the market asks. Furthermore, flat price action adds no technical catalyst. A lower price or faster revenue growth would improve the odds. Check Fundamentals of ZUARI INDUSTRIES LIMITED.

Fundamental & Technical Analysis of Balmer Lawrie & Company Limited
Balmer Lawrie & Company Limited belongs to the Industrials › Conglomerates sector. Here’s a quick read on where the business and the stock stand today.
Balmer moves sideways over three months, with neither buyers nor sellers taking control. The PEG of 0.59 signals undervaluation relative to growth. It is a potential re-rating candidate. D/E of 0.00 and a 10.15% dividend yield give the balance sheet a decent cushion. Sellers drive 1.7x the volume of buyers. Furthermore, they controlled 15 of recent sessions versus 14 for buyers — a clear distribution signal. Revenue grows at 4.7% CAGR — a respectable pace. However, the stock drops 7.7% in three months without an obvious fundamental trigger. Sector-wide pressure or a valuation re-rating can persist for longer than expected. Therefore, there is no rush to step in. Check Fundamentals of Balmer Lawrie & Company Limited.
