QMS Medical Allied Services Ltd has reported strong financial results for Q1FY27, reflecting the strength of its integrated healthcare business model and the investments made over the past year. The company delivered revenue of Rs. 56.9 crore, growing 22% YoY, while PAT stood at Rs. 4 crore, representing a 25% YoY growth. EBITDA increased 27% YoY to Rs. 8.3 crore, with EBITDA margins improving to 14.6%.
Product and Service Segments
Our Products business continued to demonstrate healthy traction, supported by our expanding distribution network, Q-Devices portfolio, and presence across QMSMEDS, e-Grameen, and other digital platforms. At the same time, our Services business continued to emerge as a key growth engine, driven by deeper pharma partnerships, increasing adoption of Patient Support Programs, and the scaling of our healthcare camp operations.
Strategic Initiatives
We currently hold a 76% stake in Saarathi Healthcare and expect to acquire the balance stake by the end of Q2FY27. This will further strengthen our capabilities in disease management and Patient Support Programs, enabling us to address the entire patient journey more comprehensively. As we move forward, our focus remains on scaling Patient Support Programs, strengthening strategic partnerships, expanding Q-Devices and Point-of-Care offerings, and leveraging our technology platform to deliver more integrated and scalable healthcare solutions.

Company Background
BeamOptics Scientific Private Limited, founded in 2023, is an ISO 13485/2016-certified, IP-led deep-tech company developing and manufacturing diagnostic devices and analytical instruments. Its products combine optical sensing, spectroscopy, Computer Vision, Acoustic Sensing, Multispectral Imaging, and Artificial Intelligence. BeamOptics has developed the FTIR (Fourier Transform Infrared) Interferometer and has built its own FTIR spectroscopy platform, filing several patents.

The company began its acquisition journey with Saarathi Healthcare in June 2024 with a 51% stake, which was subsequently increased to 76% in October 2025. As part of the transaction, QMS MAS acquired the balance 24% equity stake comprising 1,98,000 shares for a cash consideration of ₹14.225 crore, increasing its shareholding in Saarathi Healthcare from 76% to 100%. This development further strengthens QMS MAS’s broader strategy of building an integrated healthcare platform spanning early detection, patient screening, disease management, and sustained patient engagement.
