Hyundai Motor India Limited (HMIL) has reported a 2.3% revenue growth in FY26, reaching INR 707,633 Mn. The company’s EBITDA stood at 12.2%.

Strong Financial Performance

The board of directors approved the audited financial results for the fourth quarter and full year of FY 2025-26. The revenue for Q4 FY26 was INR 189,162 Mn., up 5.4% year-over-year and 5.2% quarter-over-quarter.

Key Highlights

HMIL celebrated 30 years in India, marking a strong brand presence. The Pune plant commenced operations to fuel future growth. The new Venue, first product from the Pune plant, has been a strong growth driver since its launch.

The company achieved its highest-ever quarterly domestic sales in Q4 FY26, driven by GST 2.0 tailwinds and agile product interventions. Rural penetration reached a record 25% in Q4 FY26, reflecting deeper market reach.

Hyundai also saw a highest-ever quarterly CNG contribution of 18% in Q4 FY26, driven by rising adoption and entry into the commercial mobility segment. Exports grew at 9.4% year-over-year in Q4 FY26, despite geopolitical headwinds.

The board recommended a dividend of INR 21 per share @ 210%, subject to shareholder approval.

The financial snapshot shows consolidated revenue of INR 707,633 Mn. for FY26, up from INR 691,929 Mn. in FY25. EBITDA was INR 85,985 Mn. for FY26, compared to INR 89,538 Mn. in FY25.

Looking ahead, HMIL plans to launch two new nameplates, expanding its presence in the SUV category. Domestic and export volume growth is expected to be 8-10%, driven by product actions and network expansion.
