Max drops 15.8% over three months and trades near its 52-week lows. Razor-thin margins below 5% make profitability extremely vulnerable — this business needs scale or pricing power urgently. No meaningful dividend — total return is entirely dependent on capital appreciation. The stock sits at 5% of its 52-week range, close to annual lows. Historically, value investors build positions at these levels — though cheap stocks can stay cheap. Revenue grows at 15.0% CAGR — a respectable pace. However, the stock drops 15.8% in three months without an obvious fundamental trigger. Sector-wide pressure or a valuation re-rating can persist for longer than expected. Therefore, there is no rush to step in. Check Fundamentals of Max Financial Services Limited.

PTC falls 8.3% over three months and has not found a floor yet. The PEG of 0.36 is extremely low. Either the market misses the growth story, or there is a catch worth investigating. Industry-leading margins of 63.4% reflect exceptional pricing power and operational efficiency. The stock gains 4.8% in the last month, recovering from the three-month slide. However, it is too early to call this a confirmed reversal. The stock rises -8.3% in three months on -15.8% revenue growth. As a result, the market gives it more credit than the fundamentals strictly justify. Watch the next quarterly results. If growth accelerates, the move makes sense. If not, expect some gains to unwind. Check Fundamentals of PTC India Financial Services Limited.

Choice International Limited Choicein Q4 FY26 Investment

Choice International Limited (CHOICEIN), a diversified financial services group, is pleased to announce the successful closing of the strategic investment by NH Investment & Securities Co., Ltd. (“NHIS”), a leading South Korean financial institution, in Choice Equity Broking Private Limited (“CEBPL”), its broking subsidiary. CEBPL has received today the full subscription consideration of ₹8,99,99,95,500 (approximately ₹900 crore) and allotted 42,25,350 fully paid-up Compulsorily Convertible Preference Shares (“CCPS”) to NHIS at ₹2,130 per share, pursuant to the Subscription Agreement dated July 9, 2026. The closing marks the culmination of the transaction announced in July 2026 and establishes a strategic partnership between the two financial services institutions.

Strategic Partnership

The proceeds will be deployed towards strengthening CEBPL’s growth capabilities, including expansion of its Margin Trading Facility (“MTF”) business, technology infrastructure, customer acquisition, talent development, and product innovation. Beyond the capital infusion, the partnership provides an opportunity to combine Choice’s understanding of the Indian market and domestic distribution network with NHIS’s international institutional expertise. Collaboration across institutional broking, research, capital markets, risk management, governance, and operational practices is expected to support CEBPL’s long-term competitiveness and business development.

Management Commentary

Mr. Arun Poddar, CEO & Executive Director, Choice International Limited, said: The closing of this investment marks an important milestone in Choice’s journey to build an enduring financial services institution. Beyond strengthening our broking business and technology capabilities, it supports our larger mission of making financial services more accessible and empowering more Indians to participate in the country’s growth. Aligned with Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi’s vision of Viksit Bharat 2047, we believe financial inclusion and awareness are essential to ensuring that economic progress translates into wider prosperity. By combining technology with our on-ground distribution network, we aim to reach underserved communities, build financial confidence, and enable long-term wealth creation.

As we expand, we remain focused on building a sustainable, institutionally stronger business that creates lasting value for our customers, shareholders, and the nation.
