Glass Wall Systems (india) Limited NSE Glasswall H1fy27 Results

Glass Wall Systems (India) Limited (NSE: GLASSWALL), a leading façade manufacturer in India, announced its consolidated financial results for the quarter and half year ended 30th September 2026. The company reported a robust performance with revenue from operations growing by 16% year-on-year to Rs. 239 crores, while EBITDA surged by 22% to Rs. 60 crores, achieving an EBITDA margin of 25.3%.

Domestic Business Growth

The domestic façade business delivered a strong performance, registering a 33% growth during H1FY27. This growth was driven by increased traction across sectors and sustained demand. The fenestration business also saw significant expansion, with a 82% year-on-year growth. The company’s order book stood at Rs. 957 crores as of 30th September 2026, indicating healthy revenue visibility going forward.

International Business Performance

On the international front, the façade business witnessed a de-growth of 14% during the period. However, given the project-driven nature of this business, the company believes its performance should be evaluated on a full-year basis. The expansion in EBITDA margins was primarily driven by escalation claims on receivables, which led to a significant uptick in margins.

Complimenting the financial performance, Mr. Eshan Hemrajani, Managing Director & CEO of Glass Wall Systems (India) Limited, commented on the results, stating, “We are pleased to report that H1FY27 has been encouraging, reflecting our ability to sustain growth while strengthening profitability.” He further added that the company remains confident of achieving significant revenue growth over FY26, with EBITDA margins expected to remain broadly in line with the previous financial year.

The company will continue to focus on disciplined project execution, strengthening its operating capabilities, and pursuing growth opportunities while maintaining profitability. The backward integration initiative through the in-house Glass Processing Unit (“GPU”) at their Vile Bhagad facility is progressing as planned, with commissioning expected by August 2027. This initiative is anticipated to improve EBITDA margins by ~100 –150 basis points over time.

Glass Wall Systems (india) Limited Q1fy27 Results

Glass Wall Systems (India) Limited (NSE: GLASSWALL) announced its consolidated financial results for the quarter ended 30th June 2026, showcasing a robust performance. The company reported a 36% year-on-year (YoY) revenue growth and a 9% YoY EBITDA growth for Q1FY27, achieving an impressive 21.3% EBITDA margin.

Domestic Business Surge

The domestic façade business saw a remarkable 93% YoY revenue increase, reaching Rs. 62 crores, driven by strong project execution. This segment continues to be a major contributor to the company’s overall revenue growth.

International Business Dip

Conversely, the international business experienced a 12% YoY revenue decline to Rs. 39 crores, reflecting the timing of order execution. However, the company expects this to improve as deliveries are scheduled over the coming quarters.

Fenestration Sector Boom

The fenestration business, driven by rising demand from the luxury residential segment, saw a phenomenal 127% YoY revenue jump to Rs. 6 crores. This sector is expected to maintain its growth trajectory.

However, the EBITDA margin was impacted due to a lower contribution from the international business, increased employee costs for new capacity expansion, and higher other expenses. Adjusted for changes in contract terms, EBITDA would have been 22.5% in Q1FY27. Despite these challenges, the company remains optimistic about its future growth prospects.

Commenting on the results, Mr. Eshan Hemrajani, Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer, Glass Wall Systems (India) Limited, emphasized the company’s integrated façade solutions platform and highlighted strategic priorities such as backward integration through an in-house Glass Processing Unit (GPU). The company expects revenue to grow significantly over FY26, with EBITDA margins in line with previous years, driven by sustained demand for high-quality façade and fenestration solutions.
