The network expanded to 570 clinics across 6 countries with entry into Kazakhstan, making international business ~47% of revenue.

Operational Insights

Commenting on the Q2 & H1 FY27 results, Mr. Vikram Vuppala, Chairman & MD, said, “Dialysis market across the World continues to grow due to the increasing burden of Diabetes and Hypertension as well as improving access due to various interventions. NephroPlus continues to grow healthily in India and international markets and expect margins to remain in healthy range. We are excited to open NephroPlus in Kazakhstan, which will be our 6th market. The two clinics we acquired are a good starting point for us to better understand the local market nuances before we start scaling this network in Kazakhstan.”

As we enter new markets, margins and returns will move during the ramp-up. That’s the nature of building something new. But they will stay healthy, because our goal is clear: a scalable global dialysis platform built for the long term,” added Mr. Prashant Goenka, Chief Financial Officer.

Nephrocare moves sideways over three months, with neither buyers nor sellers taking control. Thin margins at 8.1% leave limited room for error — any demand softness or cost spike hits the bottom line hard. 1 loss quarter(s) over five years signals earnings fragility — not chronic but worth noting. RSI stands at 30, well into oversold territory. Yet sellers still dominated on 18 of recent sessions versus 12 for buyers, so the pressure has not fully lifted. Revenue grows at 33.9% and the stock moves sideways over three months. Neither side makes a strong case. The next earnings print will likely break this stock out of its current range. Anthem posts a 5.8% three-month gain, but softens in the last few weeks. The PEG stands at 5.22 — severely stretched. Any earnings miss could trigger a sharp de-rating. Industry-leading margins of 28.7% reflect exceptional pricing power and operational efficiency. The stock gives back 9.5% in the last month despite a positive three-month run. As a result, the earlier momentum appears to be fading. The business grows revenue at 26.2% and profits at 15.4%, with D/E of 0.00. The stock reflects that strength. Moreover, when fundamentals and price action align, the PEG of 5.22 premium is usually justified. Check Fundamentals of Anthem Biosciences Limited.

Max moves sideways over three months, with neither buyers nor sellers taking control. Industry-leading margins of 55.4% reflect exceptional pricing power and operational efficiency. 5 loss quarters over five years is a serious red flag — earnings quality is poor and recovery is not guaranteed. The stock gains 13.3% in the last month, recovering from the three-month slide. However, it is too early to call this a confirmed reversal. Price climbs recently despite -1.8% revenue growth and a PEG of 99.00. Consequently, either institutions position ahead of improvement or the move fades when earnings disappoint. Treat this as a trading signal, not an investment thesis. Check Fundamentals of Max India Limited.
