Fundamental & Technical Analysis of Antony Waste Handling Cell Limited
Antony Waste Handling Cell Limited belongs to the Industrials › Waste Management sector. Here’s a quick read on where the business and the stock stand today.
Antony drops 25.2% over three months and trades near its 52-week lows. The PEG stands at 4.63 — severely stretched. Any earnings miss could trigger a sharp de-rating. Thin margins at 5.5% leave limited room for error — any demand softness or cost spike hits the bottom line hard. The stock sits at 2% of its 52-week range, close to annual lows. Historically, value investors build positions at these levels — though cheap stocks can stay cheap. Revenue grows at 7.2% CAGR and the PEG stands at 4.63. The growth does not match the price the market asks. Furthermore, flat price action adds no technical catalyst. A lower price or faster revenue growth would improve the odds. Antony Waste Handling Cell Limited (awhcl) Q1fy27 Results: Revenue Up 6%, Ebitda Down 27%
Antony Waste Handling Cell Limited (AWHCL) reports Q1FY27 results with ₹260 crore revenue, 6% up, but EBITDA down 27%.
Antony Waste Handling Cell Limited (AWHCL) announced its financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The company’s total operating revenue for Q1FY27 stood at ₹260 crore, marking a 6% increase compared to the same quarter last year. However, EBITDA for the quarter was ₹45 crore, a 27% decrease from ₹62.1 crore in Q1FY26. This moderation was primarily due to higher operating expenses, including vehicle hiring and transportation costs at the CIDCO plant.
Revenue Growth
The revenue growth was driven by higher volumes across project sites and supported by contractual tariff-led escalations. The company’s profit after tax (PAT) for the quarter was ₹0.7 crore, significantly impacted by a one-time expense of ₹7 crore related to the prepayment of the term loan of Antony Lara Renewable Energy. This strategic refinancing initiative reduced the interest rate by 200 basis points, from 10.25% to 8.25%, which is expected to deliver recurring interest savings and support stronger cash flow generation.
Operational Highlights
Operationally, the company delivered healthy tonnage growth across segments, supported by improved utilisation, continued ramp-up of existing projects, and stronger throughput across project locations. The total municipal solid waste (MSW) handled grew by 5% year-on-year to 1.40 million tonnes. Despite the overall growth, RDF sales de-grew by 28% year-on-year to 40,000 tonnes, while compost sales remained stable year-on-year to 6,000 tonnes.
With a strong order book and an expanding project pipeline, AWHCL remains focused on disciplined execution, prudent capital allocation, and operational efficiency. The company is confident in its long-term growth prospects, driven by its strong order book and expanding project pipeline.

Fundamental & Technical Analysis of Antony Waste Handling Cell Limited
Antony Waste Handling Cell Limited belongs to the Industrials › Waste Management sector. Here’s a quick read on where the business and the stock stand today.
Antony falls 12.4% over three months and has not found a floor yet. The PEG stands at 4.49 — severely stretched. Any earnings miss could trigger a sharp de-rating. Thin margins at 7.2% leave limited room for error — any demand softness or cost spike hits the bottom line hard. RSI stands at 31, well into oversold territory. Yet sellers still dominated on 17 of recent sessions versus 13 for buyers, so the pressure has not fully lifted. Revenue grows at 7.2% yet the PEG reaches 4.49 — expensive for that growth. Furthermore, the stock drops 12.4% in three months. Neither value nor momentum supports this setup. It needs an earnings beat or a price reset first. Fundamental & Technical Analysis of Antony Waste Handling Cell Limited
Antony Waste Handling Cell Limited belongs to the Industrials › Waste Management sector. Here’s a quick read on where the business and the stock stand today.
Antony moves sideways over three months, with neither buyers nor sellers taking control. Thin margins at 8.2% leave limited room for error — any demand softness or cost spike hits the bottom line hard. The PEG of 2.03 makes it expensive versus peers. The premium needs earnings to catch up quickly. The stock holds at 30% of its 52-week range with RSI at 43. In other words, neither side has a clear edge right now. Revenue grows at 12.9% and the stock moves sideways over three months. Neither side makes a strong case. The next earnings print will likely break this stock out of its current range.
