EBITDA stood at 121 crore, up from 102 crore in Q4FY26, and net profit was 78 crore, up from 65 crore in the previous quarter.

The company’s total volumes stood at 21,587 MT for Q1 FY27 as against 27,570 MT in Q1 FY26. On a standalone basis, the company remains a zero-debt entity. The EBITDA margin for Q1FY27 was 26%, up from 25% in Q4FY26 and 17% in Q1FY26. The PAT margin for Q1FY27 was 17%, up from 16% in Q4FY26 and 10% in Q1FY26.

New Projects and Expansions

Following the successful commissioning of its 100,000 TPA Dimethyl Ether (DME) plant, Balaji Amines continues to execute its growth roadmap. The DME plant marks the company’s strategic entry into alternate fuel applications, catering to LPG blending and aerosol propellant markets. The company’s next phase of expansion includes the commissioning of N-Methyl Morpholine (NMM) and the Acetonitrile (ACN) capacity expansion during FY27.
