Venus Pipes & Tubes Limited Venuspipes October 2026 Event

Venus Pipes & Tubes Limited (VENUSPIPES) has initiated pipe spooling operations ahead of schedule, marking a significant milestone in its expansion strategy. The early commencement of these operations in Dhaneti, Gujarat, is set to bolster the company’s value-added piping solutions portfolio. By starting production ahead of the originally planned timeline of December 2026, the company aims to establish manufacturing readiness in advance of anticipated customer orders, enabling faster execution and dispatch once orders are received.

Strategic Milestone

The proactive step to commence pipe spooling operations ahead of schedule underscores the company’s commitment to expanding its participation in the growing data centre infrastructure segment. Arun Kothari, Managing Director of Venus Pipes & Tubes Limited, highlighted that this initiative will help reduce lead times and facilitate quicker responses to customer requirements. The company has already received a Letter of Intent (LOI) worth Rs. 185 crore from a data centre customer for pipe spooling solutions, with the conversion into firm orders expected to begin in the coming days.

Future Plans

The early operationalization of the dedicated pipe spooling manufacturing capacity is planned to be completed in a phased manner over the next few months. This strategic move is anticipated to strengthen the company’s ability to meet customer demands efficiently and expand its market presence in the data centre infrastructure sector. With this milestone, Venus Pipes & Tubes Limited is well-positioned to capitalize on the growing demand for advanced piping solutions.

Venus posts a 11.7% three-month gain, but softens in the last few weeks. Thin margins at 8.6% leave limited room for error — any demand softness or cost spike hits the bottom line hard. Revenue grows at 26.8% and profits at 32.1% CAGR. Both numbers are exceptional. The stock gives back 1.5% in the last month despite a positive three-month run. As a result, the earlier momentum appears to be fading. Both the business and the stock move in the right direction. Revenue grows at 26.8%, profits at 32.1%, and the PEG sits at 1.18 — below its growth rate. That combination is rare. Check Fundamentals of Venus Pipes & Tubes Limited.

Rossari falls 14.4% over three months and has not found a floor yet. Thin margins at 5.9% leave limited room for error — any demand softness or cost spike hits the bottom line hard. Not a single revenue dip or loss quarter in five years — this is a business built to last through cycles. The stock gains 3.9% in the last month, recovering from the three-month slide. However, it is too early to call this a confirmed reversal. Revenue grows at 13.1% and profits at 11.6% CAGR, with D/E of 0.18. Meanwhile, the stock dips 14.4% in three months without any fundamental deterioration. Consequently, the stock quietly becomes cheaper relative to earnings power. Vedanta Limited VEDL October 2026 Investment

Vedanta Limited (NSE: VEDL) has announced the doubling of its annual zinc production capacity to 500,000 tonnes at its South Africa zinc operations through an investment of nearly $600 million at Gamsberg (Phase II) at Vedanta Zinc International (VZI). This expansion marks one of the largest mining investments in South Africa this decade and further advances Vedanta Limited’s position as the world’s largest zinc producer, with a vision of achieving 3 million tonnes of annual production across India and South Africa.

Strategic Expansion

Gamsberg, in South Africa’s Northern Cape province, has one of the world’s most significant zinc deposits and VZI’s flagship zinc mine. The expansion is part of the $1.5 billion investment commitment Vedanta made at the 2018 South Africa Investment Conference. South African President Cyril Ramaphosa and Vedanta Limited Director Priya Agarwal-Hebbar inaugurated this expansion, underscoring the growing economic partnership between India and South Africa.

Global Zinc Leadership

Zinc consumption is growing rapidly as it is essential to modern industrial and infrastructure development. Through galvanization, it protects steel, the world’s most widely used metal, from corrosion, extending its service life and supporting applications across construction, automotive, manufacturing, and other sectors. This expansion forms part of Vedanta Limited’s ambition to build a globally significant zinc and industrial hub in the region, creating lasting value for the country and its people.

Vedanta trades in the lower quarter of its 52-week range. The PEG of 0.58 signals undervaluation relative to growth. It is a potential re-rating candidate. D/E of 1.40 is elevated. As a result, debt servicing will compress free cash flow in a high-rate environment. The stock sits at 0% of its 52-week range, close to annual lows. Historically, value investors build positions at these levels — though cheap stocks can stay cheap. Revenue grows at -19.2% and profits at 18.0% CAGR — a genuinely strong business. Nevertheless, the stock drops 2.8% in three months. The market sells the stock, not the story. Watch whether that changes at the next earnings. Check Fundamentals of Vedanta Limited.
