Agi Greenpac Limited NSE AGI Q1 FY27 Results

AGI Greenpac Limited (NSE: AGI) announced its financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026, showcasing robust top-line and bottom-line growth. Revenue from operations rose 14% year-on-year to ₹785 crore, while net profit grew 12% to ₹99 crore. EBITDA excluding other income stood at ₹175 crore, up 23% over the same period last year, with EBITDA margins expanding to a healthy 22%.

Operational Expansion

Driven by rising domestic and international demand, AGI Greenpac continues to advance its capacity expansion strategy. The company has scaled its daily glass packaging capacity from 1,754 tonnes per day (TPD) to 2,100 TPD through facility debottlenecking as of March 2026. The upcoming Greenfield plant in Madhya Pradesh will unlock an additional 500 TPD over the next 7 to 8 months, lifting total daily capacity to 2,600 TPD, representing a cumulative growth of 48% over the 30 months ending March 2027.

Strategic Initiatives

The company’s strategic foray into the fast-growing aluminium beverage cans segment remains on schedule, with commercial operations targeted to launch by December 2027. This move aims to capture strong cross-segment packaging synergies across alcobev and food and beverage portfolios.

Commenting on the financial results and operational milestones, Mr. Sandip Somany, Chairman and Managing Director, AGI Greenpac Limited, said: ‘Our Q1 FY27 performance reflects the inherent strength of our core business, driven by an improved product mix, enhanced operational efficiencies, and sustained demand across our alcobev, food & beverage, and specialty glass categories. While regional escalations in West Asia put pressure on energy and raw material costs during the quarter —temporarily weighing on margins —our team successfully cushioned the impact through proactive cost-optimization measures. We expect margin performance to strengthen in the coming quarters as input cost volatility eases and the compounding benefits of our efficiency programs take full effect.’
