Indian trades in the lower quarter of its 52-week range. The PEG of 0.07 is extremely low. Either the market misses the growth story, or there is a catch worth investigating. D/E of 0.00 and a 5.96% dividend yield give the balance sheet a decent cushion. The stock sits at 19% of its 52-week range, close to annual lows. Historically, value investors build positions at these levels — though cheap stocks can stay cheap. Revenue grows at -1.8% and profits at 62.6%, and the dividend yield stands at 5.96%. The business is in good shape. Moreover, a stock that does not move despite strong fundamentals often offers better value than one already priced for perfection. Refex falls 16.4% over three months and has not found a floor yet. The PEG of 0.61 signals undervaluation relative to growth. It is a potential re-rating candidate. Thin margins at 8.7% leave limited room for error — any demand softness or cost spike hits the bottom line hard. The stock holds at 35% of its 52-week range with RSI at 40. In other words, neither side has a clear edge right now. Revenue grows at 12.0% and the stock moves sideways over three months. Neither side makes a strong case.
