Petronet moves sideways over three months, with neither buyers nor sellers taking control. D/E of 0.13 and a 3.42% dividend yield give the balance sheet a decent cushion. The PEG of 1.72 is mildly rich. Nevertheless, the quality of the business makes it defensible. Buyers show up with 1.4x the volume of sellers. Moreover, they dominated on 16 of recent sessions versus 14 for sellers — a healthy accumulation pattern. The business grows revenue at 11.0% and profits at 6.0%, with D/E of 0.13. The stock reflects that strength. Moreover, when fundamentals and price action align, the PEG of 1.72 premium is usually justified. Check Fundamentals of Petronet LNG Limited.

Oil posts a 2.2% three-month gain, but softens in the last few weeks. Margins at 21.7% are impressive but need to be sustained — any compression would be a red flag. Revenue contracts at -2.0% CAGR. That signals structural headwinds, not a short-term blip. The stock gives back 8.7% in the last month despite a positive three-month run. As a result, the earlier momentum appears to be fading. Revenue grows at -2.0% and the stock moves sideways over three months. Neither side makes a strong case. The next earnings print will likely break this stock out of its current range. Adani Enterprises Limited (AEL) has announced a significant strategic move with the signing of a non-binding Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Jabil Inc. for a proposed 50:50 joint venture to manufacture and assemble artificial intelligence (AI) and data centre equipment in India.

Strategic Collaboration

The joint venture aims to serve India’s accelerating data centre demand, with industry forecasts projecting a capacity of 5-8 gigawatts (GW) by 2030. The companies estimate the global market opportunity at more than $3 trillion over the next seven years, as investment in AI compute infrastructure continues to surge.

Manufacturing AI Hardware

The joint venture will manufacture and assemble AI racks, servers, storage, and networking equipment used in data centres. The venture is expected to have multi-gigawatt AI rack manufacturing capacity, supporting computing systems with a combined power capacity of several gigawatts. It will also provide installation and commissioning services.

As a result, the joint venture will provide a manufacturing base in India to serve domestic demand and support exports. The collaboration aligns with Adani Group’s commitment to develop 5 GW of green-energy-powered, hyperscale AI-ready data centres by 2035. For Jabil, which reported $36 billion in revenue in fiscal year 2026, the venture will expand its engineering and manufacturing footprint in India’s data centre market.

Notably, this move underscores Adani Enterprises’ vision to expand up the AI value chain, evolving from powering and hosting AI infrastructure to engineering and manufacturing the critical systems that will define the next generation of computing.

Adani gains 26.6% over three months and trades near its 52-week highs. D/E of 1.62 is elevated. As a result, debt servicing will compress free cash flow in a high-rate environment.
