Zydus Lifesciences Limited (zyduslife) Partners with Prolific Machines to Scale Biologics Manufacturing
Zydus Lifesciences Limited (ZYDUSLIFE) partners with Prolific Machines to scale next-gen biologics manufacturing to GMP production.
Zydus Lifesciences Limited (ZYDUSLIFE) announced a strategic partnership with Prolific Machines to scale Prolific’s next-generation biologics manufacturing platform to GMP production. Zylidac Bio, a fully integrated biologics CDMO within the Zydus group, and Prolific Machines, a biotechnology company advancing biologics development and manufacturing through integrated optogenetics-enabled solutions, will collaborate to scale Prolific’s light-controlled cell line development platform.
Enhanced Manufacturing Capabilities
Prolific’s technology uses light to control protein expression in engineered cell lines, enabling substantial gains in productivity and product quality. The platform combines optogenetics-enabled cell lines, illumination systems compatible with standard bioreactors, AI-driven process optimization, and advanced analytics. This technology is particularly useful for difficult-to-express proteins including multi-specific antibodies, fusion proteins, cytokines, and other complex modalities.
Seamless Technology Transfer
Under the agreement, Zylidac Bio will first complete a tech transfer of Prolific’s process at 50-liter scale to reproduce Prolific’s results at the Zylidac site. The companies plan to subsequently scale client programs to 250 liters, and into GMP manufacturing scale. Prolific’s illumination hardware will work seamlessly with Zylidac’s existing bioreactors, eliminating the need for customers to build new manufacturing infrastructure.
The partnership creates an end-to-end development and manufacturing pathway for Prolific’s clients, spanning early development through commercial-scale supply. Programs can start with cell line development at Prolific and move seamlessly to Zylidac for scale-up, drug substance and drug product manufacturing, fill-finish, and packaging.

However, it is too early to call this a confirmed reversal. Revenue grows at 16.5% and profits at 37.0%. The business is in good shape. Moreover, a stock that does not move despite strong fundamentals often offers better value than one already priced for perfection. Check Fundamentals of Zydus Lifesciences Limited.

Fundamental & Technical Analysis of Nureca Limited
Nureca Limited belongs to the Healthcare › Medical Devices sector. Here’s a quick read on where the business and the stock stand today.
Nureca posts a 14.7% three-month gain, but softens in the last few weeks. Razor-thin margins below 5% make profitability extremely vulnerable — this business needs scale or pricing power urgently. No meaningful dividend — total return is entirely dependent on capital appreciation. The stock gives back 5.2% in the last month despite a positive three-month run. As a result, the earlier momentum appears to be fading. The stock holds up despite 9.7% revenue growth and a PEG of 99.00. That could signal an early turnaround. Alternatively, index flows simply support the price. Watch whether analysts revise estimates upward — that is the real signal. Check Fundamentals of Nureca Limited.
