Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Limited to Present Pivotal Data on Unloxcyt™ at ASCO 2026
Sun Pharma to present long-term follow-up data on UNLOXCYT™ at ASCO 2026, showing nearly 27% complete response rate.
Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Limited (SUNPHARMA) announced today that it will present updated results from the locally advanced cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma (laCSCC) expansion cohort from the pivotal CK-301-101 trial of UNLOXCYT™ (cosibelimab -ipdl) at the 2026 American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) Annual Meeting on May 31, 2026, in Chicago. The presentation highlights the efficacy and safety of UNLOXCYT in treating laCSCC, a significant skin cancer. In the investigator-reviewed data, 64 patients with laCSCC received ≥1 dose of UNLOXCYT, showing an objective response rate of 50%, including 17 (27%) complete responses. Over a median follow-up of 31 months, responses were durable, with the median duration of response not yet reached.
Efficacy and Safety Profile
The safety profile was comparable to earlier analyses, with the most common adverse events being anemia and diarrhea, recorded in 17 (27%) patients each. Immune-related adverse reactions were observed in 22 (34%) patients, with only 1 (2%) patient experiencing a Grade ≥3 immune-related adverse event. The findings suggest that UNLOXCYT offers a well-tolerated treatment option for patients with laCSCC, a population often older with multiple comorbidities.
Clinical Significance
The data presented at ASCO 2026 reinforce Sun Pharma’s commitment to advancing care for skin cancer patients. With a median duration of response not yet reached after more than two and a half years of follow-up, UNLOXCYT continues to demonstrate clinically meaningful efficacy with durable clinical responses, providing a much-needed treatment option for patients with laCSCC.

Fundamental & Technical Analysis of Solara Active Pharma Sciences Limited
Solara Active Pharma Sciences Limited belongs to the Healthcare › Drug Manufacturers – Specialty & Generic sector. Here’s a quick read on where the business and the stock stand today.
Solara posts a 13.7% three-month gain, but softens in the last few weeks. Razor-thin margins below 5% make profitability extremely vulnerable — this business needs scale or pricing power urgently. Revenue contracts at -1.2% CAGR. That signals structural headwinds, not a short-term blip. The stock gives back 9.4% in the last month despite a positive three-month run. As a result, the earlier momentum appears to be fading. The stock holds up despite -1.2% revenue growth and a PEG of 99.00. That could signal an early turnaround. Alternatively, index flows simply support the price. Watch whether analysts revise estimates upward — that is the real signal. Check Fundamentals of Solara Active Pharma Sciences Limited.
