Zydus Lifesciences Limited (zyduslife) Announces USFDA Acceptance of Fyb206 Biosimilar
Zydus Lifesciences Limited (ZYDUSLIFE) announces USFDA acceptance of FYB206, a biosimilar to Keytruda®.
Zydus Lifesciences Limited (ZYDUSLIFE) has announced that the US Food and Drug Administration (USFDA) has accepted for review the Biologics License Application (BLA) for FYB206, a proposed biosimilar to Keytruda®. This marks the first publicly announced acceptance by the USFDA of an application for a Keytruda® biosimilar. The BLA was submitted in the third quarter of 2026.
Significant Milestone
The acceptance of the application is a significant step toward expanding access to affordable pembrolizumab therapy in the U.S. and Canada. The regulatory dossier for FYB206 has also been submitted to Health Canada. This development is expected to improve patient access and outcomes in oncology treatment.
Development Pathway
FYB206 was developed without a comparative Phase III efficacy trial, following a development pathway agreed upon with the USFDA in early 2025. Zydus holds exclusive commercialization rights for the United States and Canada and brings extensive commercial experience in the North American market for this product.
Future Outlook
Under the Biosimilar User Fee Amendments (BsUFA), the USFDA aims to complete its review within twelve months of submission. A decision could be expected in the third quarter of 2027. With this milestone, Zydus and Formycon aim to make this important cancer therapy accessible to more patients.

Fundamental & Technical Analysis of Max India Limited
Max India Limited belongs to the Healthcare › Medical Care Facilities sector. Here’s a quick read on where the business and the stock stand today.
Max moves sideways over three months, with neither buyers nor sellers taking control. Industry-leading margins of 55.4% reflect exceptional pricing power and operational efficiency. 5 loss quarters over five years is a serious red flag — earnings quality is poor and recovery is not guaranteed. The stock gains 6.6% in the last month, recovering from the three-month slide. However, it is too early to call this a confirmed reversal. Price climbs recently despite -1.8% revenue growth and a PEG of 99.00. Consequently, either institutions position ahead of improvement or the move fades when earnings disappoint. Treat this as a trading signal, not an investment thesis. Check Fundamentals of Max India Limited.

Zydus Lifesciences Limited (zyduslife) Shares New Post Hoc Analysis of Phase 3 Epics-iii Trial Showing Greater Biochemical Response with Investigational Saroglitazar
Zydus Lifesciences Limited (ZYDUSLIFE) unveils new post hoc analysis from Phase 3 EPICS-III trial, showing greater biochemical response with saroglitazar.
Zydus Lifesciences Limited (NSE: ZYDUSLIFE) has unveiled new post hoc analysis from the pivotal Phase 3 EPICS-III trial of saroglitazar, showing greater biochemical response compared to placebo across geographic subgroups in patients with primary biliary cholangitis (PBC). The findings were presented at the American College of Gastroenterology (ACG) 2026 Annual Meeting.
Greater Biochemical Response in U.S. Subgroup
Numerically higher biochemical response treatment difference was observed in the U.S. subgroup relative to the non-U.S. subgroup (∆ 60.7% vs. ∆ 41.6%) in patients with PBC. These results build on the clinical profile of saroglitazar in patients with PBC who have inadequate response or intolerance to ursodeoxycholic acid (UDCA).
EPIC-III Trial Overview
The EPICS-III trial is a multicenter, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, seamless Phase 2(b)/3 trial evaluating the efficacy and safety of saroglitazar in patients with PBC who had an inadequate response to or intolerance of UDCA. The trial included nearly thirty percent of patients from the U.S. and composite biochemical response rates were greater with saroglitazar than placebo in both U.S. (60.7% vs. 0%) and non-U.S. subgroup regions (55.1% vs. 13.5%). Saroglitazar was generally well tolerated, with adverse events generally balanced between saroglitazar-treated and placebo-treated patients.
As a result, Zydus Therapeutics plans to launch saroglitazar in the United States by March 2027 if approved by the FDA. These findings provide additional insight into the Phase 3 EPICS-III results and the biochemical responses observed among patients enrolled in different geographic regions.

Fundamental & Technical Analysis of Wanbury Limited
Wanbury Limited belongs to the Healthcare › Drug Manufacturers – Specialty & Generic sector. Here’s a quick read on where the business and the stock stand today.
Wanbury drops 34.0% over three months and trades near its 52-week lows. Thin margins at 8.6% leave limited room for error — any demand softness or cost spike hits the bottom line hard. Revenue consistency is the one bright spot — zero dips in five years shows operational resilience. RSI stands at 31, well into oversold territory. Yet sellers still dominated on 20 of recent sessions versus 10 for buyers, so the pressure has not fully lifted. Revenue grows at 8.9% and the stock moves sideways over three months. Neither side makes a strong case. The next earnings print will likely break this stock out of its current range. Check Fundamentals of Wanbury Limited.
