Arisinfra rises 30.6% over three months, with buying pressure holding steady. Thin margins at 5.8% leave limited room for error — any demand softness or cost spike hits the bottom line hard. No meaningful dividend — total return is entirely dependent on capital appreciation. The stock holds at 64% of its 52-week range with RSI at 57. In other words, neither side has a clear edge right now. The stock rises 30.6% in three months on 12.7% revenue growth. As a result, the market gives it more credit than the fundamentals strictly justify. Watch the next quarterly results. If growth accelerates, the move makes sense. Arisinfra Solutions Limited ARIS Third Project Vaishnavi Residences Group

Arisinfra Solutions Limited (ARIS) has expanded its Developer-as-a-Service (DaaS) footprint by onboarding its third project with the Vaishnavi Residences Group. This engagement, for the ‘Morning Mist’ residential project in Whitefield, Bengaluru, marks a deepening relationship with one of Bengaluru’s established residential developers. The project, developed by O2 Spaces, part of the Vaishnavi Residences Group, covers approximately 2.0 lakh sq. ft. of saleable area, out of the total development size of 3,30,000 SF, comprising 180 premium residential units. This partnership reflects the scale of the Money-Material-Management value chain Unitern brings to the project, with an estimated material supply opportunity of ₹100+ Cr for Arisinfra.

Expanding DaaS Portfolio

Under the engagement, Unitern will act as the project’s exclusive DaaS Partner, delivering comprehensive services including design, project and construction coordination, branding, sales and marketing execution, CRM and collections, day-to-day operations management, channel partner management, and investor/lender coordination. This engagement commences September 15, 2026, for an initial term of 36 months, extendable by mutual consent.

Strategic Growth and Future Outlook

Commenting on the development, Mr. Ronak Morbia, Chairman & Managing Director, Arisinfra Solutions Limited, said: “This engagement is a strong endorsement of the trust the Vaishnavi Residences Group continues to place in Unitern. Being entrusted with a third project reflects the consistency of our delivery and the strength of our Money-Material-Management approach. With this engagement, our DaaS portfolio crosses ₹2,000 crore in estimated GDV, reinforcing the scale and momentum of our DaaS platform. We remain focused on scaling this asset-light, fee-based model across mid-market developers in Bengaluru and beyond.”

Mr. Naveen Reddy Munumuri, Promoter of Vaishnavi Residences, added: “Morning Mist is our third collaboration with Unitern, and we look forward to continuing to partner with them and to use the benefits of the DaaS platform. Their tech-enabled predictability tool, PHI (Project Health Index), brings the predictability and rigour to this project that has defined our earlier engagements together. Our team will work closely with Unitern to ensure a smooth, on-time turnaround.”

Arisinfra falls 10.5% over three months and has not found a floor yet. D/E of 1.46 is elevated. As a result, debt servicing will compress free cash flow in a high-rate environment. Razor-thin margins below 5% make profitability extremely vulnerable — this business needs scale or pricing power urgently. Buyers show up with 3.7x the volume of sellers. Moreover, they dominated on 16 of recent sessions versus 14 for sellers — a healthy accumulation pattern. Revenue grows at 12.7% CAGR and the PEG stands at 99.00. The growth does not match the price the market asks. Furthermore, flat price action adds no technical catalyst. A lower price or faster revenue growth would improve the odds.
