Jyoti rises 17.8% over three months, with buying pressure holding steady. D/E reaches 3.55. High leverage in this environment is a material risk the market cannot ignore. Thin margins at 7.3% leave limited room for error — any demand softness or cost spike hits the bottom line hard. The stock holds at 34% of its 52-week range with RSI at 50. In other words, neither side has a clear edge right now. Revenue grows at 48.8% and the stock moves sideways over three months. Neither side makes a strong case. The next earnings print will likely break this stock out of its current range. Check Fundamentals of Jyoti Structures Limited.

Transrail Lighting Limited Transraill Q2 FY27 Results

Transrail Lighting Limited (TRANSRAILL), a leading Indian engineering, procurement, and construction company, today announced its financial results for Q2 FY27, marking a remarkable performance with a 32% year-on-year revenue growth to Rs. 2,056 crore. This achievement underscores Transrail’s strong execution capabilities and marks the highest quarterly performance in its history.

Operational Highlights

The company delivered its highest quarterly performance with significant milestones:

Revenue and Profitability: Transrail achieved a revenue of Rs. 2,056 crore and an EBITDA of Rs. 238 crore, reflecting a robust performance despite supply chain challenges due to the West Asia conflict.

International Expansion

Transrail successfully completed a major river crossing transmission project in Bangladesh, further strengthening its international market presence.

Order Book and Manufacturing Capacity

The company boasts a healthy unexecuted order book of Rs. 14,218 crore and has received new orders worth Rs. 1,747 crore post-quarter end. Additionally, Transrail has significantly expanded its manufacturing capacity, with tower capacity increasing to 184,400 MTPA and conductor capacity to 40,800 KMPA.

Commenting on the results, Mr. Randeep Narang, MD & CEO, said: “We delivered a remarkable performance during the quarter, with growth in both revenue and profitability Y-O-Y and superior cashflow management, supported by strong execution across our businesses. This robust performance is achieved despite the continued impact on supply chain and logistics, due to the West Asia conflict. The demand environment for Power T&D remains strong, driven by investments in transmission infrastructure and renewable energy integration. Our enhanced capacities and capabilities position us to capitalize on these opportunities, while selectively pursuing adjacent businesses that leverage our engineering and execution strengths. As we enter the second half of FY27, our focus remains on disciplined execution, sustaining margins and building a quality order book. Backed by a strong tender pipeline, we remain confident of achieving our FY27 guidance and delivering sustainable long-term value for shareholders.”

Transrail trades in the lower quarter of its 52-week range. The PEG of 0.28 is extremely low. Either the market misses the growth story, or there is a catch worth investigating. Thin margins at 5.9% leave limited room for error — any demand softness or cost spike hits the bottom line hard. The stock gains 14.5% in the last month, recovering from the three-month slide. However, it is too early to call this a confirmed reversal. Revenue grows at 30.0% and profits at 55.4% CAGR, with D/E of 0.00. Meanwhile, the stock dips 7.1% in three months without any fundamental deterioration. Consequently, the stock quietly becomes cheaper relative to earnings power. For long-term investors, that is a feature. Check Fundamentals of Transrail Lighting Limited.

INOX holds in the upper half of its 52-week range, a sign the market backs the stock. The PEG reaches 3.82. The stock trades on brand and index weight, not on growth. The business compounds revenue at 18.2% and profits at 18.6% CAGR. That is strong double-digit growth on both counts. The stock trades at 72% of its 52-week range — near its best levels of the year. Clearly, the market pays a premium for this name. The business grows revenue at 18.2% and profits at 18.6%, with D/E of 0.05. The stock reflects that strength. Moreover, when fundamentals and price action align, the PEG of 3.82 premium is usually justified. Check Fundamentals of INOX India Limited.
