Mallcom (india) Limited Q4 FY26 Results

Mallcom (India) Limited reported its Q4 FY26 results, showing a significant 78.9% drop in Profit After Tax (PAT) to INR 63 Mn from INR 298 Mn in the same quarter last year. Despite this, the company saw a 6.6% increase in operational income to INR 1,467 Mn up from INR 1,376 Mn. The decline in PAT was primarily due to higher raw material costs, which impacted the EBITDA margin, which fell to 9.34% from 11.19% in Q4 FY25.

Operational Highlights

The company experienced lower sale realizations from Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) due to prohibitive tariffs in the USA and weak demand in the EU. This led to a 130 basis points decline in the EBITDA margin for FY26. Notably, the Protec workwear unit in Gujarat has started commercial production, with a capex of INR 1,050 Mn. Additionally, Mallcom has initiated the manufacturing of PU Coated Gloves and PVC Gumboots, aiming to substitute imports and cater to both domestic and overseas markets.

Financial Performance

The EBITDA for Q4 FY26 was INR 137 Mn, a 11.0% decrease from INR 154 Mn in Q4 FY25. The EBITDA margin dropped to 9.34% from 11.19%. The Profit After Tax (PAT) margin also fell to 4.29% from 21.66%. Despite these declines, Mallcom continues to expand its market share in the branded and local market segments through its participation in various trade fairs.

Looking ahead, Mallcom remains committed to its growth strategy, focusing on innovation, expanding its product range, and enhancing its manufacturing capabilities to meet the increasing demand for Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) across various industries.

Mallcom falls 11.4% over three months and has not found a floor yet. The PEG of 0.60 signals undervaluation relative to growth. It is a potential re-rating candidate. Revenue grows at 10.5% and profits at 20.7% CAGR. The market consistently rewards this kind of compounding. The stock sits at 24% of its 52-week range, close to annual lows. Historically, value investors build positions at these levels — though cheap stocks can stay cheap. Revenue grows at 10.5% and profits at 20.7% CAGR — a genuinely strong business. Nevertheless, the stock drops 11.4% in three months. The market sells the stock, not the story. Watch whether that changes at the next earnings. Check Fundamentals of Mallcom (India) Limited.

Ceigall posts a 2.4% three-month gain, but softens in the last few weeks. Thin margins at 7.7% leave limited room for error — any demand softness or cost spike hits the bottom line hard. Revenue grows at 20.5% and profits at 23.1% CAGR. Both numbers are exceptional. Buyers show up with 2.2x the volume of sellers. Moreover, they dominated on 18 of recent sessions versus 12 for sellers — a healthy accumulation pattern. Both the business and the stock move in the right direction. Revenue grows at 20.5%, profits at 23.1%, and the PEG sits at 0.86 — below its growth rate. That combination is rare. Check Fundamentals of Ceigall India Limited.

Greaves falls 20.2% over three months and has not found a floor yet. The PEG stands at 4.43 — severely stretched. Any earnings miss could trigger a sharp de-rating.
