Noida Toll Bridge Company Limited NSE Noidatoll Infrastructure Assessment

Noida Toll Bridge Company Limited (NSE: NOIDATOLL) announced the results of a comprehensive infrastructure assessment aimed at ensuring the asset continues to meet the highest standards of safety, infrastructure integrity, ride quality, and operational reliability. The assessment, conducted by CRISIL Intelligence and Almondz Global Infra, indicated that the DND Flyway remains structurally sound and does not require any major structural strengthening or rehabilitation in the immediate future.

Assessment Findings

Key findings of the assessment indicated that the DND Flyway continues to remain structurally sound. While certain preventive and functional maintenance interventions have been identified, the studies broadly validated the quality and durability of the underlying infrastructure developed over 25 years ago. The assessment recommended phased functional overlay and suggested few upkeep requirements, preventive maintenance, and routine asset preservation measures for maintaining ride quality of the flyway over the next five years.

Provisioning for Maintenance

The company has made adequate provisioning towards undertaking these changes and upgradation work. The assessment has recommended phased functional overlay and suggested few upkeep requirements, preventive maintenance, and routine asset preservation measures for maintaining ride quality of the flyway over the next five years.

However, the board also took note of the interim stay granted by the Hon’ble Delhi High Court on NOIDA Authority’s demand letter dated September 10, 2025, which sought to stop NTBCL’s advertisement displays and recover over ₹100 crore in alleged advertisement license fees. The Hon’ble Court, by its order dated September 25, 2025, restrained NOIDA from taking any coercive action against NTBCL or disrupting its advertisement operations. In the last hearing this protection was extended till October 14, 2026.

As a result, NTBCL reiterated its commitment to act in the best interests of over 60,000 retail shareholders, who collectively hold nearly 70 per cent of the Company’s equity, while maintaining transparency, compliance, and accountability.

Amara falls 18.1% over three months and has not found a floor yet. Thin margins at 6.3% leave limited room for error — any demand softness or cost spike hits the bottom line hard. The PEG of 2.11 makes it expensive versus peers. The premium needs earnings to catch up quickly. The stock sits at 21% of its 52-week range, close to annual lows. Historically, value investors build positions at these levels — though cheap stocks can stay cheap. Revenue grows at 10.0% and the stock moves sideways over three months.
