Despite a marginal 3.60% quarter-on-quarter decline, the company reported a robust 16.59% year-on-year revenue growth. The income from operations stood at INR 109.75 crores against INR 113.85 crores in Q1 FY27 and INR 94.13 crores in Q2 FY26.

Financial Performance

Patel falls 11.5% over three months and has not found a floor yet. The PEG of 0.34 is extremely low. Either the market misses the growth story, or there is a catch worth investigating. Razor-thin margins below 5% make profitability extremely vulnerable — this business needs scale or pricing power urgently. The stock holds at 57% of its 52-week range with RSI at 39. In other words, neither side has a clear edge right now. The stock rises -11.5% in three months on 8.7% revenue growth. As a result, the market gives it more credit than the fundamentals strictly justify. Watch the next quarterly results. If growth accelerates, the move makes sense. If not, expect some gains to unwind. Check Fundamentals of Patel Integrated Logistics Limited.

Garden drops 17.9% over three months and trades near its 52-week lows. The PEG of 0.62 signals undervaluation relative to growth. It is a potential re-rating candidate. Revenue grows at 40.0% and profits at 48.6% CAGR. Both numbers are exceptional. The stock sits at 11% of its 52-week range, close to annual lows. Historically, value investors build positions at these levels — though cheap stocks can stay cheap. Revenue grows at 40.0% and profits at 48.6% CAGR, with D/E of 0.00. Meanwhile, the stock dips 17.9% in three months without any fundamental deterioration. Consequently, the stock quietly becomes cheaper relative to earnings power. Supreme Infrastructure India Limited Supremeinf Debt Settlement

Supreme Infrastructure India Limited (SUPREMEINF) has successfully completed its ₹2,200 crore debt settlement, marking a significant milestone in its financial restructuring efforts. The company implemented its court-sanctioned Scheme of Compromise within 24 hours of the October 28, 2026, order from the NCLT Mumbai Bench, ahead of the October 31 deadline. This resolution addresses the entire legacy debt, paving the way for the company’s revival and future growth.

Successful Implementation of Scheme of Compromise

The Scheme of Compromise, originally sanctioned on March 28, 2025, provided a structured framework for resolving the company’s legacy obligations. The latest phase involved its remaining financial creditors, including State Bank of India (SBI), Punjab National Bank (PNB), and Union Bank of India (UBI). Following implementation, the company received full and final No Dues Certificates from the respective creditors, confirming the closure of their settled claims under the Scheme.

Commitment to Financial Stability

Commenting on the development, Siddharth Jain, Chief Financial Officer of Supreme Infrastructure India Limited, said, “Implementing the Scheme within 24 hours of the Tribunal’s order and ahead of the final deadline marks a defining milestone for Supreme Infrastructure. This settlement reflects our commitment to supporting lender recovery and creating a stronger foundation for the company’s revival.” The resolution process involved financial and legal advisory support from AU Corporate Advisory & Legal Services, led by Founder Akshat Khetan, which advised and hand-held the promoters on the restructuring framework, lender negotiations, and implementation strategy.

With the settlement completed, the company will focus on operational revamping, project selection, cost controls, and working-capital management. The financial impact of the resolution and applicable accounting adjustments will be reflected in its disclosures in accordance with regulatory requirements. The accounting of the scheme implementation will inter alia include reversal of interest which will be done as per the applicable accounting standards. This will further enhance the pre-qualification capacity of the company to bid for new works.

Supreme drops 29.9% over three months and trades near its 52-week lows. 4 loss quarters over five years is a serious red flag — earnings quality is poor and recovery is not guaranteed. Industry-leading margins of 7564.0% reflect exceptional pricing power and operational efficiency. RSI stands at 31, well into oversold territory. Yet sellers still dominated on 18 of recent sessions versus 12 for buyers, so the pressure has not fully lifted. Revenue grows at -12.2% CAGR and the PEG stands at 99.00. The growth does not match the price the market asks. Furthermore, flat price action adds no technical catalyst. A lower price or faster revenue growth would improve the odds. Balu Forge Industries Limited (BALUFORGE) has announced a series of execution milestones across defence, aerospace, energy, and heavy mobility sectors. Defence Milestones

The company has made multiple successful dispatches of 152mm empty shells against the order announced earlier, demonstrating on-time conversion of its defence order book into revenue. In its most significant technical milestone yet, the company successfully produced and obtained quality approval for the 155mm ERFB shell, achieving a Total Indicated Runout forging tolerance (TIR) of 3mm and machined wall tolerance of 0.3mm. A further expansion into a much larger product portfolio in the aerospace domain is now underway.

Energy Sector Expansion

The company has secured an order for large components weighing over 450 kg from one of the largest oil and gas companies in the United States. We are building a diversified, high-precision business and look forward to scaling up serial production and strengthening our growth momentum in the quarters ahead.”

Balu posts a 7.1% three-month gain, but softens in the last few weeks. The PEG of 0.23 is extremely low. Either the market misses the growth story, or there is a catch worth investigating. Premium net margins of 22.8% demonstrate strong cost discipline and a wide competitive moat. The stock gives back 0.5% in the last month despite a positive three-month run. As a result, the earlier momentum appears to be fading. Revenue grows at 49.6% and profits at 88.1%. The business is in good shape.
